My daughter and I arrived in NYC on Dec 13th (Sat) to enjoy a day filled with excitement. We had done all our sight seeing and realized that the Cake Boss was in NYC too. We marched right there to the bakery and was very excited to see the set up. It was very unorganized once we stepped in, because... More

Visited afternoon time, it was manic. It's difficult to see the desserts on offer as it's so busy, you take a ticket, place your order then join another queue to pay, which had only one person taking the money. There was no where to sit as it's small and I didn't think my cake was really all that.

I had read bad reviews and did not have that experience. The desserts were fresh and yummy and we had a great cappuccino to boot. It is located in a great spot close to Time Square. The cashiers did a great job of keeping things moving so while it looks bad when you enter, do not leave. There are no... More

Tiramisu was amazing, both in taste and presentation. A little confusing with the ordering process, and not a ton of seating options, but once you taste what they have to offer, it doesn't seem to matter. Staff could be a bit friendlier, but I will definitely return for more.

Amazing cakes, friendly staff. A simple take a ticket and wait your turn operating system works a treat. Coffee was too cheap for the quality taste. I would have given five stars but we couldn't get a seat to sit and enjoy the tasty produce.

We spent $25 on two small cakes, a cupcake, and a cannoli. Huge line waiting to order as well as pay. Cakes were all cream and a small dry piece of cake. Cannoli was rock hard and cupcake was bland and tasteless. Buddy and TLC are obviously adding their name to the long list of tourist traps in Times Square

Couldn't wait to go here when I was in new York. you have to wait in a very long line to place your order then you have to wait in another long line to pay and get your order. they have one long table with very few seats to sit at to eat one of your goodies that are average... More

I have watched The Cake Boss on TV, and when I was planning my trip to NYC, this was one of the MUST things to do. I was soooo glad that I did. I tried an Éclair and a Lobster Tail, OMG!!!!!! Truly melted in my mouth, they were both very very good. I would tell anyone if you are... More

I'm probably echoing the majority of the other reviews on here by saying that the service was awful and the cakes were average at best. When we entered the cafe there were only a small group of girls before us who were waiting to be served yet we were kept waiting for ages. There were a number of staff members... More
