Definitely an improvement from Carlo´s Bakery. Although it is a classic to see for everyone who´s watched the program. The place is nice and clean. Great location! I had the Lobster tail and the Cannoli. I never tried them before but they were very good. Better coffee would go well with the order. The line was not too long. They... More

The line up was insane but well worth it for the delicious peanut butter cupcake I devoured. My one complaint is that it is quite pricey, but hey your paying for quality.

Drop by before leaving NYC and bought a birthday cake to bring back home to Montreal for my brother. Good service and you don't have to wait three hours in line like you do at the original location in New Jersey on Washington Street. They have a great selection and it's in Time Square right by Port Authority.

Crazy busy, but great desserts! Of course it will be crazy at all times. (only because you will be in the city) But everything that we had was delicious, especially the cannoli!

We saw the the Cake Boss Cafe while walking on 42nd St. recently and decided to indulge in a sweet treat as we enjoy watching Buddy on his Cake Boss TV show and thought it would be fun to try some of his cake. We were there on a Sun. eve. It was pretty crowded and there was a dispenser... More

Cake Boss in NYC, wow. We were very happy to find this bakery in Times Square. The lines can get long (remember to take a number as soon as you arrive). The staff did seem rather slow but all thing considered we would return anytime. Loved our cannoli and our cupcakes, no freshness issues here. Pricey but then what isn't... More

We lucked out in the wait. Wasn't one. :) The staff were ok. The Lobster Tail tasted amazing and was very good. Not enough seating, and the number machine wasn't working.

After waiting in line almost a hour, I was expecting to eat the best desserts I've ate in a while. Well standing in this line you wouldn't even come close. Purchased a brownie, carrot cupcake, and a chocolate cupcake....ALL EXCEPT THE BROWNIE WAS HORRIBLE. Your better off going to your local grocery store or baking these items yourself. What really... Slow service, uninterested staff. Cakes are clearly not fresh! After watching the show I expected so much more! Over priced hype.

Very busy place but excellent items. A little pricy though, but well worth checking it out when in New York.
