we had an early dinner on Saturday night, and the place was buzzing with people. The food was unique and very fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. The restaurant has a young trendy vibe and a great atmosphere. We enjoyed it a lot !!

Last week I visited The Dutch for dinner. We arrived slightly before they opened so we ordered drinks at the bar. They had a nice selection of cocktails. Initially when my friends recommended the restaurant, I did not find anything appealing on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted the pecan crusted trout. It was delicious. Overall the... Came here this past Sunday and had an amazing Brunch. Haven't had one of those in a long time. The atmosphere was perfect, the room was buzzing and the cocktails were summer refreshing -- addicting. The steak tartar was beyond tasty and deliciously amazing, love the crunchy posted great and the juicy meat. As main course had the Shrimp with... More

Love the layout of what could have been a speakeasy or old NY gathering spot. Very accomodating to my gluten-free client requirements while offering great choices to me like barbecue half-chicken and corn with spices on tiny cobs, french fries the right crispness ,yet with flavor, finished with varieties of sorbet and/or ice cream. Excellent service with knowlwdgable staff who... More

My friend and I visited The Dutch for dinner as it was recommended by one of our friends. We had to wait at the bar or 20 minutes for a table but it was sooo worth it! I enjoyed my fish main course but my friend's meal stole the show - steak with kimchi rice and egg (must have!). I... More

Excellent lamb salad and trout dish too. Creative gazpacho. Great wine, good choice for Restaurant Week! Perfect service, good atmosphere. We were there for lunch without reservation. Great dessert choice as well!

The Dutch could be the quintessential SoHo neighbourhood restaurant, with its eclectic window set and low-key character. It could also win the *scariest downhill stairs to the restroom in the entire North American continent* award. Nevertheless, I'll have to say: the Barbeque Half Chicken, Slaw, Baked Beans & Bourbon is TO DIE FOR. After a long session of runway shows... More

Excellent steak tartar. The service was impeccable. Beautiful decor. Try the finger lakes Riesling on a hot summer day...not far from the subway which is nice as well.

The restaurant is beautiful and well located. Unfortunately, we arrived for the midday menu but it was surprising. I had the turkey and avocado sandwich and it was delicious. My sister had some oysters and the looked very good and fresh. Definitely a place to go more than once.
