We found it hard to find nice, reasonable places to eat in New York, but this place was fab. Lovely setting, great cocktails and really yummy food. Service was friendly and attentive without being in your face. I wish we'd found it earlier so we could have eaten their more than once. It's the perfect location if you are going... More

Recommended to us whilst staying in NY in freezing cold March. Buzzing restaurant, packed with people from all walks of life. Deceptive in size but still maintained an air of privacy at the table. Service was excellent, food was very good with some great dishes available. I had Cauliflower, Hen of the Woods, Cocoa Nibs to start and a Hanger... More

Excellent food! We can't wait to go back and this time -- we won't split the warm snap pea salad with pea curry -- no more sharing of this delicious dish. The cauliflower soup with Hen of the Woods was so interesting. And the "fried" chicken -- which was perfectly crisped on the outside, without a drop of grease, and... More

There is a great atmosphere in this lovely restaurant. Food is superb - I had the strip steak and my wife had the pork, which was unbeliveably good. I want to go back.

My wife and I had visited the Dutch as a bar on a couple of occasions and the food always looked good. Getting back into Soho late after a concert we thought we should give it a try. We arrived just before midnight and the restaurant was still full and noisy. The food was excellent, I had mahi mahi with... More

My husband and I ate here during our week in NYC- fabulous flavours and service. We recommend the Diamond Cutter cocktail, oysters, scallops, hanger steak and pork (the pork was marbled so might not be for everyone- but it was so flavorsome). We wish we had had room for dessert!

This place was recommend to us so we went for lunch on the second day of our 5 day stay in New York. I really enjoyed my food and thought the place itself was very nice. Sadly within a few hours of leaving my boyfriend was violently sick. This carried on almost non-stop for the next 15 hours. We hadn't... More

We enjoyed lunch at The Dutch with friends. All of the food was very good and nicely flavored. The cauliflower soup was fabulous! I don't remember the last time I enjoyed soup so much. The pastrami roll was very nice, and was served on a slightly sweet roll. The crab legs with curry mayo was also nice, as were a... More

Went here with my family and friends 1 night last year and what I can say is that we all really loved it. The service was spot on and food was great. I ordered a bottle of wine a 07 Grand Cru Burgundy and was so excited when they turned up with the 2000 for the same price. Very enjoyable... More
