Do not miss this busy restaurant. It has great food at very reasonable prices for New York. You must book to be assured of a table unless you are prepared for a long wait. So good we ate there twice on our trip

The Patzeria Family & Friends is a great little place right in the heart of the theatre district. We arrived very early following a show and the hostess was so gracious to seat us as soon as we arrived. The pizza was delicious and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The cheesecake and special chocolate mousse were excellent and served beautifully.... More

Ate before the theater and the place was packed. Tables very close together and loud. Food was good but had to wait 20 minutes even with reservation, which made us almost late for show.

We stumbled across this place at about 6:30pm one evening as it was close to our hotel. We were lucky enough to get the last table for two. The place is small but this contributes to the atmosphere hence there isn't too much room between tables. We shared a medium pizza with a caesar salad and the food was very... More

Old school Italian. Professional waiters, excellent food, great experience for my family. We ate here for our before-show meal and got in and out in plenty of time. The pasta is homemade, the sauce is authentic, and everyone in my family listed this place as their favorite in our 5 day visit. Go here. You'll love it.

After 3 draining days in Manhattan during the hottest week of the year, we visited this place on our last night as it was next to our hotel. (2 adults, 2 kids) What a find! It was like attending a meal at your favourite Uncle/Aunt's house with your extended family. We sat at the back near the kitchen and were... More

My husband and I visited on a Friday night with 3 exhausted kids in tow. This place was right next to our hotel (Belvedere) so, we were very glad to be able to get home and to bed quickly. I made an Opentable app reservation on the way over on the subway. The staff were very polite and accommodating. They... More

A great place with great service (Igor was out waiter) Food was very tasty and the wine list was very good with lots to choose from. We did not book but it was not a problem.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
