We went here on a Saturday night because of the reviews. While our Lasagna was good, it was so loud it was difficult to have a conversation. If you have small children come here, because if they cry they would never be heard over the roar of the patrons competing to be the loudest in this small space. We also... More

Based on the many excellent reviews, I booked ahead for a family of 4 (2 grown up daughters) on a Saturday evening. My wife had steamed mussels to start which were good and I had the shrimp cocktail which I enjoyed. For mains, my wife had seafood pasta with marinara sauce, I had the rib-eye with peppercorn sauce (a little... More

Patzeria is a casual, convenient restaurant with excellent pizza, pasta and prices. We had pizza on this visit and it was perfect. My husband and I shared the 15" cheese pie and ate every morsel. We also shared a large salad, very tasty. If you're looking for good food and reasonable prices very close to Times Square, I don't think... More

I found many restaurants in this area focused on the tourist, but this seemed like a local favourite. Great friendly atmosphere, good food and huge pizza'a that made my sons eyes go wide. If you enjoy a lively place, where you can still join in the convervsation across the table and a good range of Italian food near Time Square... More

We visited NYC this weekend with friends. They said this was the best place to hang out and have dinner--they were not kidding. The staff was fabulous! Friendly, happy, helpful and obviously enjoyed working there. We had the Lasagna Pizza---probably hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The Pasta e Fagioli was as good as I have tasted... More

We have been to NYC 3 times this year...we just happened to walk into a place that is now our all time fav. Small in size but HUDGE in character and friendship. We are from Maryland and I know the gang knows us...If they do not...NO MORE CARD TRICKS....LOL. See you all soon....very soon.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
