Went there with a group of 4 for dinner. To begin with the service was very poor. The restaurant was not very busy at all and we barely ever had a server attend our table. When we finally received our meals the good was fair at best, very small portions and extremely overpriced. After our waiter took our orders we... More

Picked this place at random as we strolled through Little Italy on a Sunday evening. What a mistake. Started by ordering some wine and also asking for some tap water, which saw us in turn receive a terrible white wine and a $7 bottle of water. Shortly thereafter the couple next to us were also complaining about the quality of... More

Great day, we have been lucky with the weather, not sure whether it would be raining or sunny, they got awning, just in case. But in the end, pleasant stay, good food, water was on the house, waiters are very supportive and tried to do their best to exceed our expectations, but I believe most of them do not speak... More

We went to Sofia's between lunch and dinner time. We were seated right away and not rushed. The mozzarella corozza was a good choice for appetizer and came out fast. Both myself and mother had veal dishes which gave us generous portions of meat. They could have given more pasta with the entree but that was no big deal. We... More

3 for service and 3.5 for food. It was fairly expensive as well and the server kept trying to make us order something more expensive. We didnt regret our visit, bit likely won't return.

We found this restaurant just walking down the street. Waitress/owner is great. We ate here 4 days in a row. Food is excellent especially margaritta and caprese pizzas. Prices are reasonable as well.

Little Italy is no longer what it used to be. Most of the places are run by restaurateurs who are not only not Italian-Americans, but neither Italian nor American. Sophia's is run by eastern europeans who can't make a decent Manhattan nor a Martini, and they have the personalities of a rotting fresco. I was told this place was pretty... More

I was craving a great chicken picatta dinner. The host at this restaurant, like many in Little Italy was very aggressive. He promised a wonderful piccata dish even though they didn't offer it on the regular menu. The portion was decent, but the dish was bland & unimpressive. Because it wasn't on the menu, I was charged $23 for a... More

Firstly, the reviews that say this place is great are definitely family because this place is a definite no no. Save your money and spend it where it's appreciated. The food was okay, service was terrible and that was not just my server but everyone, I watched a real comedy of errors. The head server / owners son / big... More
