We happened to go there on a Wednesday night when Spanish wines were offered in promo. We were recommended to go there for burgers and in fact it was delicious and tasty! Also the wine selection is fine and the price/quality is great (for NYC). Service was friendly and quick. The place is a bit too loud because of the... More

Came here for dinner on a Friday night and had a wonderful time! First of all, it was great being able to make reservations on OpenTable since I hate having to wait for a table. Why more restaurants don't do this, I have no idea. Secondly, the space was beautiful. Dark wood and dim lighting, without being pretentious or stiff.... More

A local friend took me here and i loved it, the atmosphere of the place, and the burger, just wow. Super delicious with a proper size. The staff was super kind as well, so everything went great. If you are looking for a burger place i def recommend this one. I can't remember the price but it was not expensive... More

We visited as a party of eight and enjoyed a fabulous night out at this venue. The atmosphere was excellent, the setting wonderful and the staff welcoming. We shared a great set of appertisers including shrimp hush puppies and then tried the range of burgers including an impressive Truffle Burger. Overall the experience was first class.

the burger might be made sous vide, it was really delicious. our server was so sweet, wish I had gotten her name. if the very tall female receptionist would smile, it would make you fell more welcome...just a suggestion.

My wife and I ate here on a Friday night...glad we had a reservation as there was a bit of a wait without one. Seating was comfortable and tables were nicely spaced from each other. The kitchen very accommodatingly split the iceberg wedge for us. She enjoyed the classic burger and I had the very tasty steak au poivre. There's... More

Special meat combination and great preparation makes the burgers to die for. Our party of three tried two Classics and one Bash Burger, along with wines on tap for this dinner time visit. The wines were very nice, and the burgers exceptionally tasty. We followed with dessert -- a three-scoop dish of sorbet and a piece of cream pie. All... More

Went for brunch with friends and had a lovely time. Hostess was very professional. Brunch menu was not extensive but adequate. There was 4 in our party. We had a table in the window that was comfortable. It was also quiet enough that we were able to talk and enjoy ourselves. The brunch items are reasonable ranging from $12 to... More

It is hard to find a great veggie burger but at burger and barrel in Soho you will. Same owners as Lure around the corner, burger and barrel has won awards for it's burgers. It is a casual place. The salads are very good too. Leave room for dessert, very original and delicious. The menu is also very kid friendly.

I really wanted a scale with something between "average" and "very good". I think the superlative of "very" is what needs to go. Although there was a good attempt at up-selling the number of dishes and drinks, what did arrive was more than acceptable.
