Good family restaurant

Came here with reservations and was seated immediately. Table was set with activities for kids (wiki sticks and crayons). Food was good - guacamole was delicious - dos caminos salad was great - quesadilla was ok. Service was a bit slow but friendly waitress.

Walk in, told that the wait time was 45 minutes which was fine. After an hour I politely asked the status of our table to be told 'oh it's ready for you now'. We were taken upstairs to find several empty tables. Waiter was the rudest most obnoxious person that we have ever encountered so much so that we actually... More

Went here for an afternoon lunch with my brother. The waiter appeared somewhat uninterested like he didn't want to be there. The food was actually quite nice; I really enjoyed a well spiced herb roasted chicken but somehow the atmosphere kind of seemed like nobody really cares if you eat there or go somewhere else. In all: Looks like a... More

It was ok... The atmosphere was nice and we just walked in without a booking and were very welcome. The waitress and waiter we had were so nice, very friendly. The food was strange and we didn't enjoy it at all, maybe it's our British taste buds but the food was very different and we could not eat it. The... More

After walking for hours we had a hard time deciding what to choose from the menu. The waitress was extremely patient and so sweet! We told her our preferences and she recommended just the perfect dishes and drinks! Delicious, tasty and nice portions! You should try this restaurant!

I asked for healthy options and they can make the tacos as a kind of bowl with guacamole, quinoa, pomegranate seeds and some lettuce. Comes with beans which I really liked as well.

The service was inconsistent, it started out good, but, ended with waitperson vanishing, Note it was not busy at all. My food was delivered cold, but the guacamole was excellent!!

The food here was average especially compared to the tacos at Los Tacos which we had to try from a recommendation of a friend. It took longer that it should have for the drink order and to receive our dinner. The guacamole was very good but the meals were ok. A couple of us had the dinner salad which was... More

Delicious chips and guacamole. I always stop here for a margarita. Our server was really nice, food came promptly and was good. I recommend sitting outside if the weather allows it. Great people watching and across the street from the SOHO house.

Thank Angela K

Staying in West Village

Neighborhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
