Dinner at Tamba Indian restaurant in New York

The areas has lots of Indian restaurants. Our Tour Manager took us to Tamba. The Buffet arrangement is poor due to size of Hotel however the seating arrangements are much better. Food is limited but good. The sweet was good. Service was poor

As a parent of a toddler we can only go to so many kids friendly places and this happens be one of them. Like the environment and staffs are kids friendly. Get for family who is trying to enjoy a quiet dinner night. We randomly choose this place and we were happy with everything but the food. The food gets... More

Considering other excellent options in NYC, this place falls short. We also had to deal with a busload of package tour - made for lengthy wait. There are several better options within couple blocks.

My husband, teenage son, and I ate at the Tamba Indian Grill and Bar on this past Sunday evening. Generally we do not eat out as the food that we make at our home is better than most moderately priced restaurants. However, we had a groupon and decided to give it a try. Wow- we loved the food. It was... More

Ladies & Gentlemen, This is my 115th review and counting. Great place for lunch, would recommend you to apply for their reward card and you may get some free meals from time to time. The lunch package is for all you can eat buffet and every person gets a chicken-wing in addition to that, you may ask the waiter /... More

We were visiting NYC and found this place on Groupon. We had a party of 5 for 7PM on a Wed. There were on 2 customers in the dining room when we arrived. The dining area seats about 100. The host was very informative and efficient. Once we ordered, they placed a plate of crisp thin bread on the table... More

I love this place, the food is delicious and the price is reasonable. Their customer service is great. I went there last week. I bite something spicy and tears came out of my eyes. The manager saw it and asked kitchen to cook something special.. I am impressed by their great service.. I will go there often:)

I'm used going to indian restaurants in Paris, San Francisco, etc. For the first time, I tried one in NYC. I was really pleased in choosing the buffet (10 $). A great variety of main courses but the entrees were really poor. The food was excellent, tasty and flavored. As usual in indian restaurants, the servers were nice. If you're... More

I had never been to this restaurant before but couldn't pass up the opportunity to snag a Groupon being offered for a meal for two priced for one. We decided to use it as our dinner spot before seeing Rocky on Broadway. The food was excellent, well flavored and fresh. The servers were nice (I love how people say the... More
