Simply put: great French restaurant, great food, very good service, really authentic (as opposed to a multitude of faux French sounding NYC joints), affordable. Our French server was excellent. The wine list amazes with its budget-priced quality wines. The food is a classical solid French bistro fare of a high quality. Our charcuterie board was probably the best we ever... More

My wife and I had an early 6:30 reservation on a Sunday night. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy, but quickly filled up. We were warmly greeted by the wait staff. Menu is traditional French Bistro with fish, chicken, beef and duck options. We each ordered a different cut of steak medium rare, both with pomme frite. Meat... More

We were looking for a nice brunch place in UES that's not too noisy or hectic. This place was definitely it! A friendly place with very good food.

Have visited several times (to the point where the waiters automatically speak to me in French now); everything we have tried so far has been very good. Standouts include the foie gras appetizer, the salade Nicoise and the salmon with ratatouille. Wine list is short but well thought out and the flight offerings are good value.

A great addition to the UES. Food is always excellent and the service is very good. Great value for money. Had the house hamburger and would recommend. Ratatouille was very good as were the salads.

Our first visit. We were told there is a nice jazz duo. They play from 6-9, and are quite good. We were there on a bitterly cold night; so restaurant was quiet. Food was good bistro fare. Service is very good too.

A nice find, very cozy. We had mussels with a Dijon sauce and I had hanger steak which was very good. The ratatouille which was a side was enough for two people. I would definitely recommend and will go there again. We made the reservation through Savored and used our 20% discount. We had cocktails which I thought were a... More

This is an expensive place to eat if you don't have a group on or living social and I'm not sure I would go if I had to pay full price. The food was good but it wasn't amazing. It was worth the groupon and the service was great. I would go again if I had a groupon for sure.... More

We passed by this restaurant and it looked charming and after reading the reviews we thought perhaps we finally found a nice little French bistro/ Unfortunately we struck out. The venison stew was the well overcooked and tasteless. I've had much better hanger steaks and the fries were overcooked. It seemed that one of the specialties was muscles unfortunately these... Like some others who reviewed, we had a Groupon and so glad we used it. The restaurant is cozy and the menu was the French food we had in mind. We will definitely go again.
