Great eats right downstairs

Good thing Bailey Pub was located in our hotel - the Club Quarters on William Street.

This restaurant is as quaint and friendly as any in NYC. I was at the Club Quarters for business and frequented the bar for drinks/dinner. The bartenders Anne and Michele were fantastic and added a little touch of Ireland. They made everyone feel comfortable and had perpetual smiles. The food was great and very reasonably priced for NYC. When I... More

Dear travellers, Just returned from a surprise 40th birthday trip to New York and had the pleasure of having drinks and food in The Bailey. If you've only one choice to visit a real pub with real atmosphere and genuine people in New York, make sure its The Bailey. Once you have, you'll be back! To those nay sayers that... More

We were looking for a place to eat on Sunday morning and happened to find Bailey while walking around the area. Since we were the first customers of the morning, the place was pretty quiet. My corned beef hash skillet was very good and the portion size was large enough to share with the family. As for value, remember this... More

The food was OK, service quite fast and good location just off Wall Street. Good selection of beers and liquor, but even for Scandinavians the prices (all over NYC) are way too high. Oslo, Copenhagen and Stockholm are viewed as expensive by Americans, but I can assure you that tose cities are less than half price of Manhattan - but... More

This pub is usually crowded and noisy - not the place for a conversation! The food is just OK, very bar-like. There are many better choices in the neighborhood.

The Bailey is a local favorite, that I was a regular at before it was my local. The food is amazing!!! And it's one of the best places in fidi to have a drink after work, without feeling claustrophobic. Between the Bailey and its sister restaurant Trinity, I don't have to think twice about where to take friends and coworkers... More

After a long day traveling this was the perfect restaurant for dinner. I had the Cobb salad with vinaigrette. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The salad was very large and two people could share it. My husband had the fish and chips. The fish was fried to a golden brown and hubby said it was good, but needed... More
