Fabulous food and service

Stayed across the road at 70 park ave and this place always appeared really busy, so we decided to give it a try. The experience was great. Fabulous atmosphere, service was top notch and food superb. Would definitely recommend.

Busy location during happy hour and dinner. It was packed every night. Close to the Park Avenue Kimpton, so a great pit stop before heading back to the hotel. Customers are business folks, dressed in suits and business attire. Limited seating so be prepared to stand unless you have a reservation.

Really happy with this place for lunch. We didn't have a lot of time but they got us in and out quickly. Tomato bisque was fantastic. Will definitely return.

We stayed at a hotel down the street form Park Avenue Tavern. The first evening we went it was for a glass of wine and some french fries at the bar. We returned another time, for drinks and then another time again for lunch. We also tried the breakfast our last day in NY. Each time, the staff was always... More

Visited the Park Avenue Tavern twice in recent weeks & had a great breakfast & dinner there. Breakfast crowd was surprisingly slow, the dinner crowd was bustling however. Food, service & cocktails were all on point.

Location: Right near Grand Central Station Atmosphere: Very well appointed and clean. Service: I ordered at the bar. The bartender was somewhat friendly. The bar was comfortable to sit at. Food: I got the flank steak and french fries with a side salad. The steak was cooked perfect, great fresh fries and extremely fresh salad. You could tell that the... More

We were referred to this spot by a server at a sister restaurant - Parker Quinn - who kindly booked us a table when they were booked up. Really glad we came because everything was delicious. Dined with a group of four others. We ordered the hummus, pita and falafel to start and there was plenty for us to share.... More

It's clear that the chef here really knows what they are doing. There were 5 of us and all of the food was superb. Fantastic menu with lots of good options. I had the pork chop which was big, juicy, and cooked to perfection. My partner had a seafood broth which I tasted and was wowed by. Lots of individual... More

Food was delicious. Excellent choices for vegetarians, which we were surprised could be hard to find in NYC. Service excellent.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
