5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2014 NEW

We visited before seeing Hedwig and the Angry Itch down the street. Very classy restaurant, great service, and relaxing high-end atmosphere. It was our anniversary, which I had mentioned upon booking, and they brought us each a champagne upon our arrival. Enjoyed a 3 course pre-theater menu for $55 each, plus we had wine and coffees on top of that... More

Love the decor, the service, the food & drink. Especially enjoyed the Saturday/Sunday brunch w/ French jazz ensemble. They have different groups come in on a rotating basis. Really enjoyable experience.

If you want to impress your date with a beautiful restaurant, fine wine, incredible food then I suggest you consider LAMB. Your wallet better be prepared to handle it - but for a very special evening - it will impress whoever you take.

The Lambs Club provides a quiet retreat for a pleasant breakfast away from the business of New York.

We went to dinner with friends staying there. The service (recognising everyone has bad nights) was pretty bad all through. Inconsistently told what was on and off the wine list by different staff, waiting for food orders and drink service, then having to gland chase plates for a shared steak. The saving grace was that the food and wine was... More

The service is very good. The food was good but not over the top. Prices were average for this quality (and this city!). We had olive oil and pepper pasta, maccerhoni and amish chicken at our table. Everyone enjoyed the food, but no one totally raved about it. The restaurant has an elegant gangster feel -- red leather and dark... More

While it may be steps away, The Lambs Club could not be further from the touristy joints that punctuate Times Square. This is a "New Yorker's" restaurant with stunning interiors, an inspired menu by Geoffrey Zakarian, impressive wine list and well mixed, bespoke cocktails.

After watching Iron Chef America, we had to try Chef Geoffrey Zakarian restaurant when we were in NYC. Hence we made a prior reservation and came for dinner before our broadway show. Food was good, but not great. I would have expected more for the celebrity chef and for the price paid. Service was really average at its best...

When you are a self-titled foodie, and watch the food channels as much as I do, I tend to make reservations at restaurants where the chefs that I watch make the food that I want to eat. We thought we were saving the best for last in our week. We enjoyed our meal, yes, nothing outstanding though and nothing to... More

I must say that i would have given The Lamb's club the full five star if not for one small thing. My salade niscoise, which was very delicious, lacked the garnish of the tiny niscoise olives that are usually called for and I feel, integral to the dish. It was excellent non the less. The tuna, seared perfectly and just... More
