Great Choice.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful prix fixe dinner here. The portions were generous, and beautifully presented. I asked our server to suggest a wine, and she was spot-on with what I requested. (It was nice that it was not one of the pricier options.) I would definitely recommend this restaurant when... read more

I was there for a meeting, ordered the foie gras which was excellent, and the lamb racks, which were also delicious. Decor is very good, you feel you are in the 1920's, very good at telling a story about this iconic place. We had some drinks at the bar, I tried some old school drinks that the bartender prepared and... More

We went to TLC for Valentine's Day and had a great time. The cocktails were well designed and really kicked of a great meal. The food was generally good, I had lamb (zero imagination clearly!) and the other half had steak. Both were nice if a little over cooked in the case of the steak. I'd go back when it's... More

Perhaps the best chicken palaird I have eaten. The asparagus gazpacho was relish too. The service wasn't so great but not enough to not have me come back for breakfast and dinner the next day. Celeb chef Geoffrey signed a cookbook for my daughter who loves him on Chopped. In fact it is the first (or 3) chopped star's restaurants... More

Went for evening meal here with friends. Food was good if not overwhelming - the foie gras was oddly presented (cut into a symmetrical form and not really flash fried) and the main course (sole) was a tiny portion. The bucatini in between was decent enough (though not really al dente). Service was friendly. However, the price seemed excessive. After... More

My husband surprised me for my birthday with dinner at this lovely restaurant. We had recently cruised to Bermuda and dined at Geoffrey Zakarians restaurant on the NCL Breakaway. That dinner was outstanding and led us to want to try his restaurant in NYC. I have to admit the food was not nearly as delicious as it was on the... More

The best was the service! We experienced top notch service. Our main server was Demitri. I ordered the bucatini, my daughter ordered the spaghetti and my other daughter ordered the NY Strip. She said the steak was no better than one she might have ordered at home. We also split of order of the Prawns which were on special. We... More

We were a party of 4 for lunch. We had a wonderful meal. We enjoyed cocktails appetizers and main course an ended with a yummy dessert. Ray or waiter was perfect and so accommodating. This is a Geoffrey Zakarian restaurant the food was impeccable I wouldn't expect less from an iron chef.

I can't say enough about the service at this restaurant. My husband and I were late in getting to the restaurant (subway troubles) and missed the pre-theatre menu, but they saved our reservation and offered the pre-theatre menu even though we missed its cut-off time. Incredible customer service. The food was equally delicious. It was a wonderful dinner.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
