It was a nice find. the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were normal for a big city. Their food was also good. The food played with your pallet with every bite. I asked them to make me a drink that I created and they were more than helpful in making it. The "Miami Special" at least I hope... More

Cold December weekend in NYC and our party of 8, including three small children, wandered in. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us both in seating and in food. Our meals were good (crab cakes excellent) but the warmth and friendliness of the folks who were serving us is why we'd return.

I first visited it last year and I had to come back this time too, specially to have the chicken chipotle panini which is just spectacular. Food is definitely worth the price and the service is great. All people of the staff are very friendly and attentive; some of them speak Spanish (algunos hablan español). Either if you only want... We were staying at a hotel near by and decided to grab a bite before heading off to a play. It has specialty hamburgers which my picky friend ordered and found herself in heaven. I got a salad with a dressing like none I have ever tasted. The food is definitely up scale but the place has the feel of... More

My husband and I were in the city on vacation. We were looking around trying to find somewhere for lunch as we were near Central Park-however everything was very busy, poor planning on our behalf. Anyways, we looked up local restaurants and found Red 58. It wasn't busy when we walked in but had a nice atmosphere. We were greeted... More

Found this bar by pure chance it was behind our hotel and what a find. Ordered a take out - potato skins and chicken burger with fries. The portions were huge and one of the best burgers we had during our stay not at all bland. Good price too. Friendly owner/manager. Given more time we would have returned to sample... More

Rays Pizza's are ok, but expensive compared to some others. Angelo's restaurant will serve a 17inch Pizza for $19 and that is eating in. Rays Pizza's start at $21 - or at least, they did while I was there. Granted, you do get extra toppings, or if you choose, you can buy just a slice.

I'm always looking to try new restaurants in upper Midtown and Red 58 finally made the cut. And I was very, very impressed. I was in the mood for 'bar food' and ordered the "Red 58" burger and some truffle fries. The burger was delicious and the quality of the beef was exemplary. To my surprise the burger was actually...
