Thin crust sweet sausage pizza was delicious. The menu says the pizza is enough for two, but, I easily finished it off by myself. Drawback - Beer and wine, but, no liquor. They bring a carafe of water when you sit down. Limited seating but you are served quickly. Getting seats should not be an issue. Do not sell by... More

We visited here based on previous reviews. The pizza was great! We arrived around 9pm and got a table right away. The place got busy by the time we left. We walked to and from the restaurant from the Marriott Marquis in Timessquare. The prices are okay for what you receive.

Went there with 6 other people and everyone agreed it was some of the best pizza they'd ever had. A cozy little restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely go back again next time I'm in New York.

Tucked away across from the Port Authority on Ninth Avenue, this little gem is a must for lovers of brick oven pizza. All they do is pizza so don't go looking for pasta or salads. The waiter was extremely nice and our pizza came very quickly. The decor is great...definitely an old fashioned family pizza place.

Had a great experience in this restaurant. Staff: the staff are seasoned pros, which means they can get on their work while really engaging with customers. Location and premises: the restaurant is located opposite the port authority bus terminal. It is really well maintained, wooden floors, white wall tiles and Italian memorabilia. Food: this restaurant specialises in pizza and salads.... More

We were staying at The Distrikt Hotel, which is right around the corner from Capizzi's. I had gone on Tripadvisor to find some highly rated NYC pizza places and found Capizzi's. The fact that is was a block away from where we were staying was a bonus. I went to Pizza Suprema first when we got to NYC for a... More

What a hidden gem in NYC! Pizzas are the best I ever tasted! Service was very quick, in this small but cosy joint just hidden behind the Bus Authority.

Ate here twice in one week, it was so good! The restaurant is small, yet we never felt rushed. First night we made a reservation but I'm not sure it really did anything. No one else had a reservation and everyone was seated fairly quickly. The sangria was by far the best I've ever had. Pizza was great and the... More

Upon the recommendation of other trip advisors we stopped here, 6-30-14, on our way out of town, via the bus terminal across the street. It was quick, small and quant, amazing service, and the pizza was perfect. Thanks to all the previous trip advisors for the recommendation. Highly recommended!
