My husband and I researched good pizza restaurants in NYC and Capizzi's was highly recommended. We were not disappointed. The place is small, across from the Bus Terminal but it has lots of atmosphere. We ordered the 12" personal size pizza (LOADED) and it was soooooo good. We also ordered an antipasta plate which we shared. If you are anywhere... More

Visit this tiny pizzaria just outside the port authority bus terminal if you are passing. Make sure you are passing even if you are not. This place rocks. Great atmosphere, attentive staff and the kind of pizza that would move you to tears if you had the soul to appreciate it.

My wife and I went here for dinner on the recommendation of a friend, and what a great recommendation it was. The place is small, but the food is amazing; best pizza I've had since Italy. Service was impeccable and the price is very reasonable. If you're in New York City, you must try this place.

They only serve pizza and salads, so be prepared. Really tasty pizza; as good as I've ever had; not traditional NY style but more like you'd get in Naples. Well worth the walk from mid-town/Times Square. Not at all touristy.

Wonderful place for pizza. Children are welcome and treted with respect. Good and interesting pizza selections. Crust perfect and served not to hot so cheese does not burn your mouth. Has good Italian beer and wine selection looks interesting but expensive. Right at Port Authority and so location is sketchy, but do not let this keep you away.

I have had Chicago pizza (deep and Thin) and various New York Pizza. I have had Pizza in all parts of Italy including Rome and Naples. This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. I said no to "one of the best meals you've ever had in a restaurant" ONLY because it was pizza. I had sausage and... More

Given the rave reviews pizza had a lot to live up to! It did not disappoint. Freshly baked beautiful ingredients the base was to die for. We had take out but the restaurant is quaint and well worth a visit. Service was friendly and my husband raved about the pizza and he knows his pizza

Really enjoyed the Arugula salad ($8.95) with goat cheese and special eggplant pizza ($16). Toppings were expensive ($2.95 each). A small-ish menu, semi-romantic environment. Really enjoyed the cute nature of this place. Would definitely come again!

This place is so good, consistently. Great service. The location isn't the best; it's right across from Port Authority on a seedy part of Ninth Avenue. But once you're inside, it's cozy and has a nice atmosphere - think old school Italian joint. It's never that crowded and they do deliver...whatever strikes your fancy. Reasonable prices too. It would be... More
