Great recommendation!

I happened along this restaurant around 5pm before going to a Friday night show, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The toppings (garlic, were very good, and in the right amount to not overwhelm the delicate thin crust. The style of pizza allows for the meal to be ready fairly quickly, so I could enjoy the meal without worrying about the... More

Cute Italian restaurant where you can see right into the kitchen where the brick oven fire is baking your pizza. Very fresh ingredients and close to the theatres of Broadway.

Very cute, but you feel like you are in Italy. Tiny. Our waitress was fantastic from Sicily. The best Burrata Salad, it is a must. The Pizza with Speck was fabulous. If you are near time Time Square go there, a couple of blocks away.

Small place right near Penn Station. We were havng a family reunion in NYC and asked the concierge for a good walkable Italian/pizza place. They suggested Capizzi...it was very cute..the waiters all wore Italian caps..the antipasti an pizza were outstanding!! Would definitely return. Great service too.

Loved it! Small and quaint restaurant with great food! I highly recommend it for couples and families wanting a non-chain restaurant close to Times Square.

We went to Capizzi prior to going to a Broadway show. Everything about this restaurant was fabulous. The decor, atmosphere, service food everything just lovely laid back and true Italian. The pizza was excellent. Can't say enough about it really. Possibly our favourite place to eat in New York!

Went to Capizzi's for pizza on Trip Advisor's recommendation. Could not be happier! Not just the best pizza, appetizers, and salads, but it has a wonderfully quaint atmosphere, and the best service ever. We bought a large can of Capizzi's own olive oil. It's amazing. The can is also a memento of our beautiful visit. We were in NYC for... More

We recently had lunch at Capizzi. We basically opened the place, it is advertised as opening at 11 but actually doesn't open until 12 noon. Wait staff was excellent, she was very friendly and helpful with our selections. Pizza and antipasto meat platter were so good. It felt like we were visiting friends. We would definitely return if we were... More

Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
