If you're visiting the Conservatory Garden, Museum of the City of New York or Museo del Barrio, you can't do better than a fine, yet simple Italian meal at Tre Otto. This hidden gem offers a covered patio in the summer and inside is small, dark and intimate, perfect for couples. The staff is friendly and efficient, polite old school... More

Charming garden, carefully considered menu, beautifully done, unfussy sophistication. Tables inside a little cramped; large patio in back make it perfect for lovely days, and steps from Central Park.

Recently I had dinner at this "very highly recommended" restaurant and my experience was very disappointing. First, the service was slow and almost non existent, due to a "large party" that was dining in the patio. If you can't handle properly a large party don't be in the restaurant business. Second I order a very simple spaghetti pomorodo e basilico,... More

Very nice restaurant with friendly owner and staff. Food is very good. Had all different things among our group on two occasions this month and all were very nicely done.

Absolutely perfect meal!....You must try the rice ball!....and the gnocchi...and the spinach ravioli...and.........One suggestion...order your appetizers, once they are delivered, then order your meal. We loved it so much, we went back 2 days later...a MUST!

Our daughter picked this little gem on the upper west side for her 21st birthday. A surprisingly good meal from a small little bistro. We ordered a margherita pizza, caponata and a stuffed artichoke. They were very good starters. The linguine with clams was a rave from the members of our party. The pappardelle with duck confit was delicious. Other... More

This restaurant draws a crowd from a prominent upper east side medical center. Service is appropriately brisk for those in a hurry. The food is well prepared and portion size is generous.

Four of us went here for New's Year's Eve. The food was fabulous. I had gnocchi and tiramisu, both were amazing. Although some of the tables are close together, it still feels private. Seriously, order the tiramisu ! We were really pleased with the value for the money at Tre Otto!

This cozy restaurant has become a respite for us. After my husband's treatments for cancer at Mt.Siani , we would always treat ourselves to lunch at this sweet place. It turns out the owners are from our hometown of Staten Island! Today we enjoyed a late lunch with good friends at Tre Otto after a visit to a local museum.... More

excellent little Italian restaurant. although a little cramped. Pasta was excellent, wine menu a bit limited but quite good. Service was as attentive as we wanted.
