If you're in for a lobster roll, I can really recommend the jdob lobster roll with waffle chips. Cool atmosphere and attentive service. I will also remember the roasted peanuts with garlic and rosemary.

Just a total joke, sad to say. A real tourist trap. At least at the Breslin and Spotted Pig, you get a decent meal for your money. We left hungry and sober and spent $375 for four people. I think that says it all. Service is fair, drinks are joke, portions are small, chairs are uncomfortable, and on it goes.... More

Simply a brilliant place to take a rest. Great food and great drinks. Love the oyster bar in the middle of the room and the uber cool fishtanks/aquarium. I will always make a pit-stop here.....!

My husband and I went late on a Saturday night, sat straight down.Excellent oysters, great hot toddy! Only let down staff not as friendly as other resturants we had been to on our stay.

We stayed at the Ace and decided to give this place a go for an afternoon break. Whilst the food was nice it was hugely overpriced. 3 average size prawns for $14 is taking the mickey!! Service was slow too. I wouldn't go again and would suggest people shop around as plenty of similar places to go to nearby.

My wife and I like everything about this restaurant, but the food - the two sandwiches - pork and lobster roll. Both had way too much sauce, and because the sauce was very salty, way too much salt. Both sandwiches tasted as if the chef spilled salt on them.

I had heard about The John Dory Oyster Bar for years and had wanted to try it due to my love for all things oyster. Perhaps there would have been a better time to go than late on a Wednesday night? Well, that's when I ended up there (no reservation) and though the oysters and some of the food was... More

We were on our way to Nomad for lunch but it was closed due to set up for the Halloween ball. How lucky for us!!! The atmosphere was so fun. It's worth it just to see the fish tank hanging from the wall. Our server knew both the food and wine list extremely well and the food was great!!

In my search for coctails, these guys did it!! If the restaurant gives an ounce of the attention to detail, creativity and quality that the bar staff do, I need to eat there! My dream coctail was basically made by the addition of freshly squeezed ginger. It was so pungent and gave you such a hit that the rye seemed... More
