Casual family friendly pub

Had a delicious pre-show dinner with kids in tow. Burgers, salads, kids meals (mac 'n cheese bites) all delicious and entire family cleaned their plates. Great beer selection too. A no-stress meal in NYC.

Probably the best meal we had in New York. The food was amazing, most of us had burgers, there were delicious vegetarian options. The was a good variety of beverages. The staff were pleasant and provided excellent service. The only negative part of our night was we were sitting out the back and the air conditioning was very cold, and unable... More

We ate here with a party of 8 last night. Its nice that they are on OpenTable so you can make a reservation. They have a nice eating area in the back that seats maybe 30 people. Then the bar up front. Nice selection of tap beers. Food was all very good. Get the frickles! Deep fried pickles. Fish n... More

Good pub to grab a drink - food is ok but fairly pricey. I guess they can do that when they call it a "gastro pub". The food is good, burger, sandwhich etc is jsut fine.

There is some really great eating houses in Hell's Kitchen and The Brickyard Gastropub is one of them. Went here with a group on a Thursday night; just turned up at about 8:00 pm and was seated immediately. Nice atmosphere, just busy enough to feel lively but not enough to slow down service. The build your own burger selection was... More

As two weary travellers from Australia seeking gluten free options, we were amazed to find such fabulous burgers here. We walked in off the street and were lucky enough to score a table (very busy so recommend you book ahead). Our waiter was well versed in gluten-free options and we both went the burger. The best gluten free buns we've... More

Try the Brickyard Amber Ale. The glazed wings are also really good. Our waitress, Amber was fun and engaging.

This place is a must if you want a casual, but modern atmosphere, a great bartender, excellent service and a nice mix of music. I actually walked in with 3 friends having made reservations for another night by mistake. The host was so friendly and offered a recommendation for another restaurant a block away if we didn't want to wait... More

This pub is lovely. The menu is different to other places, certainly in a good way, and nothing on there I wouldn't not want to try a very hard food choice to make. Simply lovely yummy food and would definitely go back

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
