Holy Moses. Unbelievable.

So, so, so, so delicious. Where to even begin? First - try the Bee Sting from the bar. An other worldly bourbon/honey/sour concoction. Apps were amazing. Sides were amazing. I had the Wagyu Beef. It was Ah. May. Zing. We got donuts and ice cream for dessert. I think you know where I'm... read more

I went there with my wife and two adult sons on Friday night and it was pretty much perfect. Nice atmosphere, lively but easy to converse. Every appetizer, entree and dessert was exceptional. Service was attentive and friendly. My wife has several food allergies and we have NEVER had a waiter be more in tune with that. Not cheap but,... More

The interior is wonderful - makes you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy a meal. The servers and bartenders have a great attitude - no pretentious garbage. The drinks were great! We shared some oysters and a beet salad for appetizers. The oysters were amazing and the salad was very good. For our entrees, we shared the sear scallops and... More

We had an early dinner before the theater so we were among the first patrons for that Saturday night. The service was wonderful from start to finish despite the fact that the restaurant filled up quickly. The cocktails were unique and substantial in alcohol content. No fruity, fluffy drinks were these. Staff well aware of our time constraint and serving... More

An amazing dinner. The staff went to great length to make our evening special including a number of small, thoughtful, personalizing touches to the meal. The food was incredible. Simple dishes that tasted anything but simple. This is the perfect place to splurge for a special occasion.

My company has an annual board meeting in New York City. It has become our tradition to dine in Craft's private dining room, which is separate from the restaurant. The food is exquisite and imaginative, as is the wine list. The service is top notch. We generally have cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the reception/bar area before dinner. The hors... More

We came for a birthday celebration dinner. Our fifth time here. We were greeted by name at the door as if we come here weekly. Service was impeccable; helpful without being intrusive. The room, while filled with diners and with music in the background, was quiet enough for soft conversation. And the food! It continues to impress. Standouts this time... More

My wife and I eloped to New York and celebrated that night with dinner at Craft. From the moment we entered, we were made to feel so special with every attention given to us. The menus were personalised with our names, and the entire staff had signed it with "congratulations" and other messages (and a picture of a rainbow no... More

What a pleasant surprise for a quality, A+ restaurant in New York City...with comfortable seating, pleasant background music (not too loud) and perfect soft lighting, my guest and I enjoyed a reasonably priced dinner in a clean, wonderful atmosphere. Our main server (Ed) was most accommodating with all wait staff members assisting each other. I enjoyed the (fresh) "Amish Chicken"... More

Iconinic New York Restaurant. Food is simply, but perfectly prepared. The service is some of the best in the city. The waitstaff (Cesar was our waiter and he was outstanding) are all quite friendly and extremely accomodating. We came for our 5 year anniversary dinner and were treated to a complimentary glass of sparkling Rose and provided with a signed... More

Staying in Flatiron District

Neighborhood Profile
Flatiron District
Offering many of the city’s best restaurants and shops set amid classic New York architecture, the Flatiron District is no longer under the tourist radar. At 23rd Street is the famous triangular Flatiron Building, which makes a good picture no matter what angle you photograph it from. Be sure to look up at the elegant architecture as you stroll the streets - much of this neighborhood is part of a historic district that was home to many of the city’s most famous department stores at the turn of the century. At the northern end of the neighborhood, Madison Square Park is best known for being home to a famous burger shack, but it can also be a quiet refuge to spend an afternoon, and it frequently hosts interesting public art exhibits. In the lower part of the Flatiron District you'll find Union Square, a bustling crossroads at all times of day and night.
