I ordered the turkey sandwich which I believe must have had a whole turkey in it. The bread was really nice and soft and the chips were really good. The food was a little expensive but the atmosphere was very calm which was nice considering it was so close to Times Sq.

Tables were covered in white cloths and butcher paper; cloth napkins. Nice atmosphere.Service was good, with friendly, professional staff, but food was average. My daughter had the three cheese omelet and I had the Vernon Brown, egg white omelet. Coffee was good. Not the best dining experience but certainly not the worst!

Got here intending to snack after shopping Times Square but when faced with the menu, we all ordered entrees. Husband said one of best burgers ever. I had the diner's self-proclaimed best Reuben, which was very good, and although $18, was enough for 2 meals. They closed for the night shortly after we arrived but never made us feel rushed.

Looking for an out of the box place to eat before leaving NYC. The place is very nice inside & clean. Has a bar inside as well. Old 50's style vibe. menu is moderately priced. The pastrami mac & cheese was delish! fettucine pasta baked with cheese & pastrami bites. Also chicken cesar salad was good. service was good just... More

My 13-year-old son and I stumbled upon this restaurant after a long touristy day in NYC. We hadn't eaten since brunch and it was late, 9 p.m. or so. Our hotel (Casablanca, awesome hotel!) was near this restaurant and my son and I had been walking all around trying to find a place to just fill our tummies simply, inexpensively,... More

Stopped in for a late evening dessert. Wait staff was really nice even though we weren't ordering (and paying for!) a large meal. I had lemon meringue and my husband had chocolate pudding pie. Both were very good. We had to leave quickly and they got the check ready in a flash.

Went here for dinner pre-thetaer. Place is shabby, torn and cut upholstery in the booths. Menu kind of limited, very expensive, e.g. cheeseburger $22.95 mashed potatoes $12.95. The waiter and service were excellent, but the limited, overpriced menu combined with extremely dated look make this a really tough place to recommend. The food, ironically wasn't half bad, especially the noodle... More

We meet friends here for lunch and it was a great location, extensive menu with really good service. The meals and drinks were well priced. The house special - Chicken Pot is a must really tasty, mind it is a really big serve. They do run out of this menu item so get in early. Would recommend a visit.

Came here by chance for breakfast whilst visiting Times Square. We knew we would enjoy it here when on entrance a local was leaving and described the place as 'absolutely fantastic!' The service was extremely attentive and friendly. Whilst browsing the menu I thought the prices looked a little high but as soon as our food arrived it was completely... More

If you think you are going to get cheap diner food then this restaurant is not for you. The food is slightly pricey but was delicious and definitely a case of you get what you pay for. My friend had the all beef frankfurter which was delicious and absolutely massive. I had the Cheeseburger deluxe which was one of the... More
