Service was good but the food is over priced even for nyc we didn't really enjoy what we ordered. I think it just really came down to how expensive it is to other restaurants. This is good you can get anywhere in the city for much lesser cost nothing special

A friend and I decided to stop in for lunch one day. 15 minutes after being seated we finally flagged down a waiter to ask to order lunch instead of breakfast as we were given breakfast menus (it was 11:25 am). We were told they won't serve lunch till 11:30. 15 mins later we still hadn't been addressed - not... More

We have at least one breakfast here every time we are in NY for fun. Have grown used to the crowded conditions, long wait (without reservations), but still love the food. Great breakfast. Never disappoints.

This is by far one of (if not) the best restaurant I have ever been 2 and our New York New Years Eve trip would have not been as fantastic as it was without Danielle and the amazing staff here! From start to finish the team here couldn't have been more helpful. We started planning our trip back in June... More

We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before an afternoon show. This diner is right off Times Square. They were great at seating us immediately, despite the place being very busy. The prices are a little steep for a diner but I believe it is because they are right at Times Square and it is a busy area.... More

This was our first trip to this restaurant and we really enjoyed it! I have to say, the general manager, Richard Sanchez ( he was so good I got his business card so I could reference him personally in this review) was one of the best managers I have run into in the restaurant business! Immediately after arriving we were... More

Great atmosphere, timely service, really good food. Not a greasy spoon diner, more upscale but still very comfortable. Many choices on the menu, food arrived hot and promtly. I would highly recommend and definitely go back.

The hostess greeted us with an unusually pleasant smile for such a busy mid-town restaurant. We were asked to wait at the bar for 5-10 minutes until called. My daughter and I found two seats at the bar and decided to stay there. The hostess made her way from her station to very nicely tell us we could stay at... More

This is called a diner, but certainly is not like most of the diners you would see in New York. The tables have white table cloths, waiters are dressed more formally, and prices are high. I would call it a restaurant rather than a diner. The first time we stopped, the waiting line was about 45 minutes, and we chose... More

After wondering around Times Square for a while looking for somewhere for breakfast, my girlfriend and I stumbled across the Brooklyn Diner. Initial thoughts were good as a diner is what we were looking for. However the place is a diner with a difference. When we first entered the place was full to the brim and had to wait around...
