Servers are friendly, restaurant is clean and the food is delicious! I ordered what I thought would be a simple yogurt and fruit plate - well the yogurt was the best I ever had (sounds crazy right?) and was served with honey, fresh strawberries, nuts and sunflower seeds. I ate every drop!

This is a typical American diner situated at the Times Square. Service is a bit patchy and food is average with Times Square prices

Upscale diner right near the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (Beautiful playing their now). Hostess and server service was impeccable. The prices are expensive but the meal was great. Ordered the eggplant parmesan. It was presented with three individual pieces of eggplant layered with sauce and cheese. For a hearty eater, the portions are small, but it was fine for me. I... More

A peaceful restaurant just off Times Square with lovey food. Burgers are brilliant & other meals are huge - luckily I saw them come out and with a small appetite I ordered a starter as a main which was perfect. Fabulous & friendly staff, would recommend.

One of our best meals in NYC was at this establishment. Breakfast was fantastic - food was superb, big portions and service was very good. We will definitely return on our next trip to the Big Apple!

We were travelling on a hot Saturday afternoon with my 10-year old boys. They were tired and a bit cranky and I was looking for a quick place to grab a bite to eat before we moved on to more sight seeing. Too many costumed cartoon characters hawking photos and other interruptions to eat outside so we ventured down the... More

Visited twice. First for evening meal. Family of 4 (2kids). Very warm welcome. Seated quickly. Menu explained fully. 2 had the huge hot dog. The tastiest hot dog we have ever had! One had lasagne bolognaise which was so tender. Finally a Pastrami Reuben with a side of Kugel. Reuben was tender and juicy but the star of the show... More

We stopped by for a late lunch on a hot Friday. I have eaten here a few times in years prior and hoped the quality of the food and experience was still good. I was happy to note it was. The diner is not your typical "diner." The atmosphere is more upscale, dark wood, white table cloths (covered with paper... More

We ducked into this location after attending a Broadway play matinee. Pretty fancy place and sort of not your typical diner. We were there around 530PM on a weekday night. We were seated upon entering by a friendly hostess. There was a bar there and so beer and wine was available. Our waiter was friendly and got all our orders correctly. My... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
