Made reservations here and glad we did as the restaurant filled up quickly. Wanting to sample as much as possible we ordered too much food. We started with the wonderful Spanakopita, spinach, onion, feta pie. This was in a flaky pastry and could have been a meal in itself. My husband ordered a traditional Greek salad and a maroulosalata salad... More

Had dinner here one night on our break. Atmosphere was good starter of Greek sausage was excellent bit main courses were just ok. I had a mx of meat which was ok- the pork was best but the rice was boring. My partner had the chicken souvlaki which was very dry. Ok for a quick dinner but think there are... More

New York restaurants are inspected for cleanliness and are assigned ratings which they are required to display in their front windows. An "A" rating is the top rating, so it is nice to dine at a restaurant that has been rated accordingly. We had lunch at Dafni. We split a saganaki (Greek fried/baked cheese), which was prepared in a manner... More

We visited the restaurant with our son, his wife and their one year old son fifteen days before Christmas Day. The crowds in Midtown Manhatten were very large on that particular day. I had made lunchtime reservations online and we were seated promptly upon our arrival. The restaurant was busy but was not overrun by crowds of people waiting to... More

Stummbled across this place walking to Times Square. Good feel to it for a romantic dinner with my boyfriend. Food was delish and resonably priced. Bottle of wine, app & 2 dinners for $80ish, not including tip. Service was great!

The excellent kitchen is totally obscured by the very bad service. The blonde waiter neither answer to a thank's, throw food upon the table in a shocking way, doesn't allow to take sweets or coffee at the end of the meal and pretends tips after such a terrible service. An unpleasant restaurant, not a surprise it was empty when we... More

We were a large party of 10, and this small restaurant accommodated us comfortably. The chicken lemon soup is thick and creamy - a little different than the original, but really delicious. Great mousaka and fish dishes. Wonderful Greek salads! Loved it.
