So traditional

I liked the place, so traditional. With built-in tables, waitress with white apron. Generous portions, fast service, tasty food.

My niece had read about this place so we tried it after taking a Circle Line Cruise. We were very glad we did. I got their Philly cheesesteak and it was out of this world! The french fries were also great. We had a very nice waitress who I noticed was keeping an eye on us but never interrupted us... More

My family and I stopped in for lunch before visiting the Intrepid Air and Space Museum. The chicken kabob was very good, as was the Cajun wrap. The chicken fingers were also very good.

Good experience at the Pom Pom. Food ordered quickly and efficiently. Four different meals served, all to a good standard. Locals joint which to me speaks volumes. If your going to the Intrepid or the boat trips at pier 83 give it ago. Bill for a family of four was $40.

Just finished a bacon cheeseburger with french fries. Everything was hot tasted great. The bill with a bottomless cup of coffee was $13.00. This diner is on the northeast corner of 11th Avenue and 45th Street.

We were headed for Intrepid to tour and our friends suggested Pom Pom's for breakfast. I had a platter of corned beef hash with two eggs while my wife had French toast. All was fabulous and we left pleasantly stuffed! Total tab for 4 of us before tip was under $40! If you are headed for Intrepid of Circle Cruise... More

My family and I were visiting NYC and were looking for a diner to get a quick meal when we found Pom Pom Diner. At first we were a little skeptical because from outside we couldn't tell the type of food they served, but they had a menu sign in the window that made us want to dine there. It's... More

We decided to eat hear before visiting the Intrepid. We had Chicken Parmesan & Chicken Alfredo. Both meals were really tasty. Good service at a great price. Small town diner atmosphere.

Popped into PomPoms for quick breakfast. Also had a lunch there one day. Nice friendly folks, clean and comfortable. Food was very good both meals. We were staying at Ink48 Hotel and our waitress said that they do a lot of delivery food to there. Nice find... close to Circle Line, Intrepid Museum and the Cruise Ship ports.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
