Love Luke's! Though Lukes is a bit pricey and cramped seating, the huge chunks of lobster make up for it! Just darn right succulent and delicious!

The place is all about rolls with lobster / crab / shrimp and they really do great job! The meal is very tasty, but the portion is not so large realtive to the price (3 rolls with drinks and chips cost $40). Also take into consideration, that the seating is very limited, so at peak hours you may have to... More

I ordered the Maine special, you get a 1/2 lobster roll, 1/2 crab roll and 1/2 shrimp roll, chips and drink for $20. The rolls were excellent. The best, by far, was the crab roll. The rolls are only about 3 inches long, but full of meat. I will come again, but probably only order the crab roll.

My husban and I went to Plaza's Food Hall today. We tasted the lobster, shrimp and crab sandwiches. None of the tasted great. The bread was the only thing with good flavour. The ingredients were very fresh.

Disappointing - couldn't taste much of anything. Figured if I ordered butter, it would be warm lobster with melted butter, but the small hotdog sized sandwich is cold and pretty flavorless for lobster. I LOVE Maine lobster - perhaps it was because the meat is delivered and not fresh? Supposedly mine came with butter, mayo, and spices, although none of... More

This is a wonderful hole-in-the-wall spot for lobster rolls. Located on 7th Street closer to 1st Avenue than Avenue A in Manhattan, it has perhaps 8 or 9 stools to sit at. I went there on Labor Day around Noon, and there were 4 or 5 stools available. I wanted to have a lobster roll without mayo, so I asked... More

Yummy, yummy, yummy! Moist, fresh, chunks of Maine lobster on a perfectly toasted New England style roll. Honestly, toasting the bun is a skill and the lobster rolls I had on Cape Cod did not measure up. Prepared after you order, the lightly buttered lobster is the star with a smear of mayo down the crease of the bun. Priced... More

We are Italian and when we decided to visit the US we thought that we would have had the best hamburger ever in the States. Well, Luke's made us change our mind. The best food I had during my two American weeks was here, at Luke's. Great lobster roll, amazing crab roll. Go there when you have a chance...and get... More

This is a wonderful, quick meal if you like lobster, crab, shrimp and cheese sandwiches! Can have lines to order and small seating area. Highly recommend these sandwiches. Lobster Roll combo run $18, Crab is $15, and Shrimp $ 13. There are combinations available also. Well worth a visit where ever you find one.

If you need a lobster roll fix, and need it soon, get to Lukes. Their clam chowders are excellent as well. Just remember, this is basically a take out place...not much seating.
