Cravings are funny things...when you have an itch you just need to scratch it. When I fancy lobster I've just got to have it. On this trip to NYC I suddenly wanted this snack and started searching for somewhere near where I was staying to find a great Lobster Roll. Thanks to TripAdvisor I ended up at Luke's in the... More

We came here off of a recommendation from our friend. We were SO IMPRESSED! We have never had a lobster roll this delicious before. The chunks of lobster were huge and falling off of the bun! It was so delicious, buttery, and tasty. The bread was slightly toasted, perfect! People complained about the price-Yes, its a little pricey, but it's... More

Although pearl oyster bar will always be my favorite lobster roll, Luke's is completely different and a close second. When I don't feel like a massive blowout I enjoy these small simple rolls. Recommend for anyone who loves lobster!!!

Enjoyed my first lobster roll ever here. Thought they gave me a lot of lobster meat for the $$. The bun was very fresh as well. Thumbs up!

We got our lunch and took it for a picnic in the park. The lobster rolls were sooo delicious. I've been craving another one since we got back, but there's nothing near me to satisfy my craving!

Luke's certainly serves an ample amount of lobster but there should be more complex additions to the roll. So if you are hoping for just lobster on a bun this is it. I think subtle additions can be made. The clam chowder is fine....not any where near the best I have had. The Maine root beer was great. Great flavor... More

This was another foodie recommendation that is an utter farce. Luke is "famous" for its lobster rolls and when I walked in I was literally excited. The buttery smell got me famished and it is a colorful really cute lil shop. The lobster roll at $15 seemed like a good deal until I saw how freaking tiny they were. We... More

Pretty good food. People aren't the nicest ever, but if you're grabbing a lobster roll and some old bag chips it's good. Chowder is prob best in NYC

So here it is. They have lobster, not the frozen kind, but actual lobster. it's pretty tasty, however it is pricey. The downside of being in nyc. Unless you feel like driving up to Maine and ripping apart lobsters with your bare hands. But the lobster there is seasoned well and comes on bread for your lobster roll. I'd go... More
