I dined here last week with my sister. I have eaten here several times before. It is not in the greatest area but I guess that is why they have the curtain in the front of the restaurant---to hide the honky tonk area of times square! Once you enter....you will notice the lovely decor. The food is quite good and... More

This was some of the most authentic Thai food I've had. The curries and noodles were great and you could request the spiciness. It's an open space so don't expect too much atmosphere. Service was fine and prices were good.

Very basic Thai food served in a nice enough space. Great Lychee and Prosecco cocktails (named "Mantra" I think) were the most interesting thing about this swift lunch. My shrimp Pad Thai was totally fine but nothing to write home about; My friewnds both had the same thing; Tom Kha Veggie soup (a sort of coconut broth) with tofu and... More

Nice spring rolls, chicken pad thai was wonderful. Nice atmosphere, clean sharp lines on the decor. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, good heat!

It's unfortunate that Qi's wait staff is so oblivious to their paying clients. Qi means spirit - which they need to acquire. The food is very good, soft rolls, soups and entrees like mussman curry chicken. The atmosphere is very loud - but sharp and sophisticated. It's a toss up.

Food is not that bad but waiter service is extremely bad, waiter chases the customer asking for more tips than usual, won't let you go out until you tips more than enough for him. I went out very scared from this place. With employees as him lowers the Restaurant category

Popped in here before a show. The dark curtain at the door made us think we'd be a while, but we were seated promptly on a Saturday evening. Unlike many of the other reviews, we found the service to be particularly attentive and appropriate (not too oppressive). Our appetizers and meals were delicious, and the decor was interesting. A little... More

Music-very trendy, lighting-very poor, food-excellent, service-virtually non existent. Arrogance of staff for expected tip for doing virtually nothing-amazing!! Happy to reward for good service EVERY time, but this wasn't good service by any stretch of the imagination.

Lovely restaurant. Had ordered take-out from this place been many times before dining in and had never been disappointed. We loved the food and the ambiance. It's decorated so beautifully. The only issue was the service. Our waitress was very rude and inattentive. Not sure I will dine-in at Qi again.
