Good pho lunch

These days I've been craving Vietnamese pho in NYC. This is my first try for this restaurant . I ordered combination of beef pho, which was very big size bowl. The broth was good, not too salty or too much MSG. I added Siruccha sauce to spice up its taste. The server was friendly and... read more

The taste is good but nothing too special. Comparing to other restaurants in New York, it's not an expensive one but the dishes are pretty easy to make.

Popped into this large restaurant on impulse to taste some Vietnamese food. We had some very tasty chicken dishes at very reasonable prices, no frills type of place with lots Asians eating there so we took this as a good sign. Service was super fast.Recommended!

We had dinner there three times there during our five days in NY. The restaurant is highly appreciated by the Asian locals which seemed to be a good sign to us and we really enjoyed each and every meal there. It's really authentic Vietnamese food and the prices are absolutely reasonable.

The number one is super good! I recommended this place by one of the locals here in Chinatown. Really good rice noodle soup. Ask for the small, it's filling! Recommend this place hands down :)))

Wish I could give it 4.5 stars. Not quite a 5, (only decor factor) but the food was delicious and all under $10!!! We had a large group and went without reservations. So glad they have lots of large tables so we didn't have to wait. Our food came out super fast and was super delicious. If you want good... More

I was visiting Chinatown with my cousin and felt like eating Asian food, tried to go to spicy village but it was closed. So we settled with this Vietnamese restaurant. We had the appetizer phoe, summer rolls, and a Chinese/ Vietnamese rice noodle with beef. The food is good but definitely not very good. I have had the best phoe... More

Vietnamien or Chinese food is often very salty and you end up gasping for water an hour or so after eating it - even if it is excellent food. This was NOT the case in this place. I had a noodle soup which had a homemade chicken broth which was excellent. We also had the squid which was very good... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
