Before embarking at Pier 83 on a Circle Manhattan boat cruise , I arrived early to enjoy a breakfast on the water at Hurleys, adjacent to the departure wharf. Friendly staff, tasty food, reasonable prices and a wonderful patio shaded by large trees.

Stopped for a bite after a tourist crouse around Manhattan. It was as we expected a semi-fast food place. Got the food quickly and it was eatable, but nothing more than that. Great location with alot more potential.

You would think a place that is right on the water where people enjoy the pier events and ships and boats could throw together average chicken and pulled pork sandwiches. I should have suspected bad chicken and pulled pork when nearly everyone was clasping hot dogs - and those were not pretty. Just get the drinks - don't go there... More

I loved the environment, chilly next to the water, large terrace everything looked amazing, but we order 2 drinks which we got after almost half an hour and asking several times. The waiters seemed not compatible for large crowds, they were just walking between everyone taking orders and talking to each other but barely seen someone serving drinks.

Stopped here for coffee and tea before getting on the Circle Line cruise of Manhattan. Stopped primarily for the bathrooms, which are sort of public anyway, but my brother needed his coffee fix. The place was downright grungy, service was poor, I did not order anything but my brother and husband did not like the coffee. SIL said tea was... More

This was a good food stop next to the Intrepid Museum. We stopped after our museum visit and i was shocked by the good food. The service was a bit lacking as we only got one drink our entire visit and our waitress never returned except with the food after taking our order. She was very kind. The price was... More

This could be the worst place I have ever eaten at, it explains why they include the tip on the bill as no one would tip at this place. The service was bad, the food was terrible and I mean terrible. We ordered 4 dishes: 1 Burger, 1 Fish and Chips, 1 Pulled Pork Sandwich and 1 Tuna salad. They... More

Tried to get Circle Line tickets, but they overbooked. Ended up using NY Water Taxi but had time to kill, so we stopped at this restaurant to grab lunch before the tour. The place looks great on a blistering hot day. It's the only shade on or around the Pier, so we were thrilled to get a seat. The shade... More

Really it is the only place to eat near pier 83 unless you bring your own food. It is okay, but don't expect culinary excellence.

Came across this place by accident or should that be mistake... Worst food, service prices in the city. Seems to be Irish owned by a large Dublin called Paul who myself and my wife could hear swearing non-stop as he chatted into his cell phone very loudly. We had to ask to be served twice, the restrooms were disgusting and... More
