Lots of creative dishes

Really nice server and wide selection on menu. Food was pretty good, a bit overpriced but creative options. Too much wheat and soy based items for my liking, but definitely good for a vegan. We got the quiche, tofu sticks and kale pizza-I recommend all of them.

I admire new tastes. This is something you´ll always find in New York. Gustorganics will bring you to a new world of tastes. Great smoothies, salads, organic food. Nice service, we took a table on street, that made our son occupied all the time by watching cars, and street life. Good location. Will go back definitelly.

Somehow I missed the fact the GustOrganics went completely vegan. They have a creative menu, fresh organic ingredients, a nice atmosphere and great cocktails! The mushroom ravioli is insanely good and the strawberry bliss cocktail is bliss indeed. And the tiramisu is divine. A new local favorite.

What a treat to not have to comprimise on the quality of the food you get and the flavor!! We had the GF carrot cake pancakes and the apple waffles. Both dishes were wonderful! Atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant. Our waitress was great. I will definately return!

My husband and I (both omnivores) LOVE the food here and we've been several times since. Each dish is really impressive - we always taste each other's food and are like, "wow!" The freshness, the flavor, the presentation, the atmosphere - all wonderful! I love that the food is both organic and vegan - it makes me feel like I'm... More

I'm not vegan, just like to eat healthy delicious food with an emphasis on vegetables. I'm plotting my next few days on vacation in Manhattan so that I can eat here again, perhaps on the way to the Highline or Tenement Museum. From spring rolls wrapped in thin slices of coconut or mango, to a protein salad loaded with seeds... More

I ate here for the second time on Saturday June 13th. I was at Union Square and this is a short walk from there. I had the smoothie with the Spirulina and the Veggie burger, it came with sweet potatoes and a salad. The food was delicious, I was able to get a window seat and people watch. Delicious Organic... Our company had interviewed the owner of this restaurant several years ago, so although I had not previously eaten here, I knew the food was probably going to be good. I was a little worried when I arrived, however, when I found out they went completely Vegan late last year (I am not Vegan). I left, however, completely satisfied with... More

The lasagna I ordered was very well prepared. My friend order the spinach mushroom crepe--it was just as good.

The restaurant's selection of vegetarian food is vast and creative but not artsy-fartsy - it's simply excellent vegetarian food beyond tofu and lentils. The interior is mediocre but they have a baby changing station in the bathroom which is thoughtful.

Staying in West Village

Neighborhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
