Just came from a diner at Capital Grill where had the bad luck to be served by an extremely unpolite waiter. The steaks are good, but after being asked wether this was my "first time in a steak house", with revolving eyes, nothing else would be good. Would not recommend to anyone, and will never come back.

Although we had reservations, we arrived early and sat at the bar. After a while, Gabe the bartender convinced us to eat at the bar, which we often do anyway. He was great and entertaining. Only 4 stars because we had to send our filet back twice because it was under cooked and still was even then. They didn't charge... More

We eat here for an early before theater meal. They have a nice pre theater menu. However we liked the bar menu better. For an elegant restaurant the bar menu is a great value for fine food with excellent service. we would go back in a second.

We chose this location first because it was literally just steps away from Radio City. The other reason is because I just really enjoy thee ambiance....and the food. So much hustle and bustle on the street and then you step inside to a place where you can either party with your friends or family or have a quiet romantic dinner.... More

Another favourite. The clam chowder is wonderful as is any fish or meat. Good proper service. We got tempted by the back cod, and ended with a flourless chocolate cake. Excellent. Great espresso too.

Undoubtedly the best tuna and steak in NYC. Lobster mac and cheese is a must as a side for the table! Celebrated birthdays: our table was decorated and my daughters received complimentary desert. Staff are great. Princess, our server, was super friendly.

We made a reservation for 4 people at 1pm for lunch after seeing the Radio City Christmas show. We were taking my in-laws who are 84 and 94 years of age. When we arrived at 5 minutes to 1pm, the young lady in charge at the front desk said that it would be just a few minutes until our table... More

It was a great experience. Really top notch in every respect. The only negative was having to stand at the front desk until our entire party arrived. Once we sat down in a very comfortable booth the service was impeccable. We were not rushed and the waiters and busy boys were incredibly professional. The breads were warm and plentiful with... I took clients here for a end-of-year holiday dinner. Our reservation for a party of 4 was at 8:15 pm, but we weren't seated until just about 9 pm. While service at the bar was excellent, I could tell my clients were hungry and getting antsy to sit down. 15 minutes I can understand, but almost 45 minutes later? That... More

Visited The Capital Grille this past Saturday night, busy but not too busy. Great atmosphere and loved the decor for this type of restaurant. I'll start off with the negative that was completely overshadowed so by the end of the dinner it was completely forgotten, that is why I still give the restaurant a 5/5, they were really slow in...
