Great Prices, Great food. Delicious and savory french toast is a favorite with a pile of fresh strawberries. Wait staff very friendly and attentive. Old place but nostalgic which personally I appreciate. Salads are fresh and creative. Worth going and the prices will make you happy too.

we ate here 3 times . The philli cheesesteak was ok, not great, my wife had the turkey dinner and liked it a lot. As the diner was just round the corner from our hotel decided to give it a go for breakfast. This is where this diner really comes in to its own. Wife had the omelette which was... More

Our sister in law found this place near our hotel so we went here for breakfast. The food was good and plentiful as you would expect from an american breakfast place. There was a slight communication problem. I wanted to order a smaller portion so asked for one egg benedict and a side of fruit. I got full portions of... More

We ate breakfast at our hotel day one and it cost $100. We then found the diner and got breakfast the next day for 4 people for $37! It is all good with great service. Our children had diner take away on a couple of occasions also and I herd no complaints. Simple fresh food and reasonably priced

My wife and I visited NYC for our anniversary. Our hotel was just around the corner and we chose this restaurant because it was close. We were definitely not disappointed with the food or the prices. The food was fantastic and so were the prices. More than enough to get us going for lots of walking around NYC.

We went here for Sunday brunch on ur second day in town. Great choice. Opted for the brunch menu and got a mimosa, fruit salad, coffee and entree for $13.95. Bargain! Not sure I chose the best thing (3 eggs and meat) but food was well cooked and service was excellent. The fruit salad was a lovely touch and the... More

The Murray Hill Diner could, quite frankly, be the best diner in the city. I am a bit of a diner fan, so I have tried a lot of them! ;-) Oddly enough, I have been there at least 100 times and never thought about writing a review until now because it is one of my regular spots in my... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
