Sports Bar

Can't say I've ever looked for sports bar, but we found this one. Looked inviting so we gave it a try. This wasn't a major sport event day, so the atmosphere was probably quieter than at other times. TV sets everywhere you look. Service was prompt and friendly. The Irish stew was very good... read more

Fabulous food, wonderful service and atmosphere that is so Irish. We had a very late lunch here and chose the Irish Stew and it literally melted in our mouths. Just superb. The place has lots of giant TV screens so we caught up with the Masters Golf while eating. My partner enjoyed a Guinness and I had a lovely pinot... More

This pub was just next to the Sheraton Times square so was very handy for us. The food quality was excellent and the portions huge. There was a good range of TV sports shown on approx 22 screens. There was also a huge variety of beers and spirits.

Great spot, right in the heart of the big apple. Proper Irish pub serving a great selection on tap and behind the counter. Great food variety also with a real authentic Irish flair. Staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. Big shout out to Siobhaun (mgr), who served us on 2 separate occasions during our recent Christmas break away. She is... More

We waited 10 minutes , which was way too long, and couldn't get a server to even come to the table and acknowledge us. We got up , went across the street to a different pub. Would never recommend !

Great location, wanted to watch NCAA final four and found that I had to ask twice to order food, and drinks were non-existent -- come one this is an Irish Pub. I don't like to complain but it was so pathetic I had to go to bar to get service. When the chick (waitresss) asked me what was wrong as... More

Right across the street from The London hotel, we had quick drinks and something to eat before our dinner reservations. Everything on the menu was good bar food (sliders, fish and chips, etc.) and the drinks were served fast and reasonably priced. Nice ambience with plenty of tvs for sports fans.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
