Great place

Lots of menu choices, all of them tempting. Food was excellent, atmosphere was excellent, prices are reasonable (for New York). Loved the idea of cognac tasting which they offer, though I didn't have an opportunity to indulge; maybe next visit!

My first bite of the quiche of the day, which was ham and cheese, woke up my taste buds. Delicious! The quiche came with a side salad which was tasty. My brother ordered the Eggs Benedict, and he was just as pleased. There is a Prix-fixe brunch menu or the regular menu to order from. The staff were friendly and... More

We were going to see Cabaret at Studio 54 and this was just a block+ away. We never felt rushed and the service was superb. The food was quite good and generously portioned. I had the Mussels Frites and the Onion Soup, my BF had the Goat Cheese Tomato Tart (it was divine) and the chicken. Everything was cooked well... More

Outstanding calamari and yummy burgers. Pricey, though. The dessert–a chocolate thing with raspberries–was a standout, too. The salad was limp and not so tasty. Really good, friendly service.

Went here for breakfast whilst in New York and while the food was amazing - I had eggs florentine and my friend had the smoked salmon bagel (which was enormous - i.e. a plate of smoked salmon with your bagel), I found something lacking here. Service was okay, but not amazing and it was a bit more pricey that some... More

We booked dinner for two after reading reviews. Restaurant was extremely busy and service was rushed. The food was just average, and unfortunately didn't transport us to France.

really well priced classic eggs benedict breakfast was delicious. Husband had the hanger steak and eggs which were also tasty. The fresh squeeze OJ was superb.

Me and my family ate here for an evening meal on Christmas eve. We all ordered steak and it was fantastic! One of the best steaks iv ever had. The staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Went for brunch after the Macy's Thansgiving Parade. It wasn't very busy and we were seated quickly. We had to wait at least 15mins before a very grumpy server brought us water and another 15 before he took our order. When we got our omelettes they were very very good. The server forgot my wife's OJ and when he brought... More

Appropriate portions. Good food, very well-priced, good service and attention to curtain time! (suggested by concierge--rather than going to Theatre district where prices and portions can be gigantic) Liked it so much, we went back for lunch a few days later before leaving NYC.
