We love this place. Great food, service and incredible view of Central Park and Columbus circle. Anyone can sit at the cafe and enjoy the view. Every time the service has been great. Treat yourself.

The Lobby Lounge is simply fabulous. My husband and I go here often for a late night snack and drinks or for afternoon tea. I'm all about their teas and infusions, he's all about their Sherry selection. The ambiance is chic and quiet, perfect for a romantic rendez-vous. The Lounge and Asiate are our most favourite places so far.

I very much enjoyed having cocktails before lunch here. The have lots of signature drinks, both prepared with and without alcohol which was great! Service was fast and cheerful. I also went late one evening to grab a bite to eat and found the atmosphere to be quite different but still extremely satisfied with both the food and service. Food... More

We stopped by for dinner and drinks which were lovely. My partner had the Wagyu Beef Sliders and I had the Strip Steak Salad, both were awesome. Service was excellent and I am sure the view would have been amazing from the 35th floor on a clearer evening.

Their Afternoon Tea selections could be a little bit better, the tea a bit hotter, and perhaps the hosts a little more friendly instead of being what visitors expect New Yorkers to be. BUT, after all is said and done, grab your petit fours and your tea and enjoy a wonderful view and RELAX. That is what afternoon tea is... More

I enjoyed afternoon tea here overlooking the beautiful Central Park. It was a great dining choice before seeing the Friday night opera "Madame Butterfly" in the Lincoln Center.

Good appetizers and drinks, but wonderful view! Service was good, no trouble there. You will pay a little more here but on a clear night you can't beat the ambiance.

The view is worth it. The lobby lounge is beautiful, and I would go again. I attended the Nutcracker tea in December, and it was charming. The food was delicious, and dainty. The selection of tea could have been better. We were advised that there was an event at 6pm and we were wrapped up by that time. It is... More

Why is it the hosts at such beautiful places are always stuck up and snooty? Is it because they think they work at such beautiful places? Been here a few times and this place is always beautiful, relaxing (if you disregard the snooty hosts), had good times. The prices are pretty high but worth it. Other staff area actually nice....
