We had dinner here while enjoying the Christmas festivities in NYC. This dinner was the low point of the night. We had 6 adults - ordered drinks, appetizers, steak dinners. One of the steaks was to be cooked well done. After three attempts and still getting a pink steak, we asked that it be removed from the bill. The manager... More

We ordered the empenadas (chicken and beef) - good, Paella rice and a chicken dish plus two cocktails. I drank the one that came with a sugarcane - very good! Knowledgeable staff, friendly and nice ambience with a band playing Latin music. Cool!

We called on a busy Friday night and they were nice enough to squeeze us in when we wanted to eat. As soon as you walked in, there was a Cuban vibe with the Latin music. The seating area is relatively small and a bit tight, but it added to the atmosphere. The waitress and hostess were very polite. The... More

We decided to try something new while were in New York. This restaurant was one of the best places we have had for Cuban food. The Service was so friendly and helpful. We arrived a little early and decided to have a drink, even though we arrived early they sat us right away and transferred our drinks to our table.... More

I went there the other night for a date. The food atmosphere, wine and table selections were excellent. I will be back again for more. Don't bother with the scene around Bryant Park, this restaurant is one of the best

Had dinner there one night with a bunch of photographer friends. The pork was tender and falling off the bone - very tasty. Reminded me of some of the dinners I had in Cuba. The meal, the staff, the dessert, and the mojitos were all great. Regarding cost in NYC in other reviews, nothing good is cheap in NY -... More

This is probably the best Cuban restaurant in New York. I had several Cuban friends while I going to law school I,n Washington D. C. and came to adore Cuban food, especially in the Adam Morgan's neighborhood of D.C.When I moved to New York about thirty years ago, it was always very difficult to find good Cuban food. Most of...
