Good breakfast buffet and decent atmosphere

I had a business breakfast here. Buffet was good (not great) - typical selections but nothing beyond what you would expect. Quality of food was good - other than somewhat soggy french toast. The tables aren't right on top of each other like in most NYC eateries and if you're by the window, you... read more

The food was very acceptable, but it was really the convenience and friendly service that made this a great option for us.

We dined at Broadway 49 lounge on a previous stay at the Crowne Plaza so we were happy to eat here again. This bar serves very good food and makes two women traveling together feel comfortable in this classy lounge. We managed to get a table by the window for the views which we love. We ate en evening meal and... More

The waiters are eager to please and check on refilling coffee frequently. Getting a table by the window overlooking Times Square can be tough since it is first come, first served.

Perfect place to eat before a Broadway play! Had burgers and fries and a few drinks! Food was great ! Service even better ! It was a magical evening as big flakes of snow was gently falling, a sharp contrast to all the neon lights! I had a front " row seat" by the window , loved it! Then it... More

Ordered eggs, home fries, and turkey sausage. The home fries were limp, wet chunks of potatoes. The sausage was shriveled dry links with no taste. All served cold.and expensive.

As the restaurant doesn't open in the evening - yes that is true! Found the bar very busy and tables not made for eating, but socializing. So end up eating meals on our knees. Not great for families Food and bar OK, so not bad for business with 1 or 2 travellers

Overpriced average breakfast buffet. The usual and average: eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, pastries, breads, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, yogurt; along with Asian dishes such as congee and rice.

When staying at the Crowne I ate lunch and breakfast here. A little pricey but food came out fast and was very good. I had the turkey club and waffle fries for lunch and the breakfast buffet for lunch.

Only ate breakfast there. Waffle one day, pancakes the next. Very tasty, serving size adequate. A bit pricey - but the service was excellent and definitely convenient.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
