We wanted a nice place to dine on Restaurant Row in Hell's Kitchen, seeking good food in a charming place, regardless of price. We had a great dinner the night before on Restaurant Row, so we went back to try another restaurant. We walked up and down the street and decided on Bistecca Fiorentina based on the tasty menu choices... More

Close to theater district, open pre and post show. Food is solid if on the expensive side. Side dishes are expensive. Service is very friendly.

We (two couples) were looking for a nice place to have dinner before attending the Saturday, June 8 evening performance of Kinky Boots (which, by the way, is fantastic). We were looking for a place that had Italian offerings as well as steak specialities. After a little research, I discovered Bistecca Fiorentina. I made reservations about a week ahead of... More

We had heard great things about the restaurant from friends but found that the food and service were below expectations. In particular, a pricey salmon and asparagus pasta dish had literally three very tiny pieces of salmon in it. When this was politely mentioned to the waiter, he literally glared at us, which we felt was very inappropriate and unacceptable.... More

Our concierge directed us to this location for dinner. She said there were many good non-touristy places on 46th between 8th &9th. We just happened into this place and loved it. Seafood risotto was amazing and service great! Highly recommend

Restaurant is well situated in the lively NYC theater district. Room is comfortable and inviting with good noise levels. Food was excellent in preparation and presentation. Starter Antipasto was sufficient for 2 and a very tasty way to start a meal. Veal Chop was large in size and broiled to perfection. Veal Marsala was a hearty dish with a plentiful... More

Don't walk too fast on 46th. You may just miss it. Lookup George, He is the greatest and will take care of you needs. They prep the food perfectly

We happened upon this little gem on our adventure in trying to find dinner that pleased everyone. I have never been here before, but I will definitely come back the next time I am in the city. The food was amazing. I had the Lobster Ravioli which was overstuffed with lobster in a pink cream sauce. The bruschetta and calamari... More

Great choice for pre-theater dinner, in a cozy Italian restaurant that made us feel we had travelled back to Florence. Reasonable prix fix menu options, I had the veal with mushrooms, prosciutto and wine sauce and my wife had the brook trout, both delicious. Dinner included both a first course and dolce. Waiters were pleasant, but not on top of... More

In the theatre district, this very pleasant restaurant is worth a visit by tourists looking for somewhere other than the fast food outlets. Not cheap, but not unreasonably expensive either.
