We've been to the city a couple of times. This was our first time to the applejack, had breakfast there both mornings or our stay. Great service, sitting outdoors watching the world go by enjoying a good breakfast is a good start to the day. We will be back. Al and Dale

We last visited this Diner 5 years ago when we were last in New York. The place hadn't changed a bit, even the lovely waitress who served us. We chose the Dinner special which was extremely satisfying: taste, quantity and quality was very good and the service just the same. Best valve restaurant on the main Broadway tourist route. We... Just a few streets down from Central Park and in the region of a lot of big hotels, a nice 'diner level' restaurant. Not fancy, service was quick, we had a group of 9 and got seated and served immediately. Lot's of things on the menu, almost too many as it'd design was very busy. Service was bit sketchy, friendly... More

We go to Applejack one or twice for breakfast every time we are in NYC (once a year). Service is prompt, can always get a table, and food is good. Why settle for a free crummy hotel breakfast when you can get a great one here?

Wide range of choices in the menue and the portions served are very generous. Its better to share the plate if you are not that hungry. I would defently go back thete if ever in NY again.

Busy Sunday morning breakfast service was very good. The food was good, reasonably priced to Manhattan, and we were served fast. We could hear the manager calling into the kitchen the details of all the orders which was a bit much, but he kept the food moving and our breakfast was served hot.

Great location for people watching. Food not that great and Gouging prices. $8 for a beer, so buyer beware. Alcohol tax is 8%. Ordered the Chicken Wings, but they don't know how to make them. Everything was deep fried.

Fun place for a late night dinner (24 hour) the menu was at least 6 pages, you name it's there. Tasty blue cheese omelet, and gyro. Get a table outside if you can and watch the people walk by.

A good place to have your breakfast; the food is good and the service was excellent. I'd eat here again.
