The level of service and beer knowledge was disappointing. The food was ok, not great, but not bad. A big part of the experience of visiting a craft beer bar is being able to talk about the beer with the staff. The staff at Blind Tiger may has well have been selling Bud Lite for all they appeared to care... More

We've only hit the Blind Tiger in the summer months for late lunches and brews but it remains a favorite when we are in the neighborhood. Very relaxed, decent food and great beer selection, friendly staff (and customers). We have never experienced crowds during the day. Worth going a little out of the way for if you like a huge,... I knew I was in my kinda place when the bartender said "ask me whatever you want about the list, I've tried them all." 30 some nicely varied beer options on tap! The deviled eggs and hummus appetizers were delicious. A great break from walking around Washington square park. Friendly service. Will come back!

This place is small but comfortable. Very nice staff. 28 beers on draught and delicious food. Definitely coming back if I come to nyc again.

One of the most laid back bars with the most amazing craft beer selections of any bar. While not huge, we had no problem finding a table during a world cup game on a weekend. The beer menu is enormous and covers many craft breweries and beer styles. I've been on a Belgian kick and found 3 or 4 beers... More

I have come here for drinks when in NYC off and on for years, from when it was on Hudson Street (nicer venue). This was the first time I was here for lunch. The food was good pub food. The beer selection is the attraction. My friend and I only tried two each this trip (it was lunchtime, after all).... More

I've lived in NYC for quite some time now and have been going to Blind Tiger on and off for years. I can remember when it was in its old location which I liked better but that's neither here nor there. The beer selection is great and varied. The bartenders are friendly. They have regular bar food, good but nothing out... More

Pretty cool little pub. Owner greeted us right away and found us a table for 6 though there were 8 of us. I liked that. Craft beer selection is huge. If you don't know what you want you may be disappointed by the recommendation. The taps were dominated by hops-on-steroids craft beers which sucks. Even wheat lagers were average in... More

We visited Blind Tiger along with a local beer connoisseur and were not disappointed, although it was (from what we were told) unusually crowded and thus stuffy inside. We were there on a Wednesday evening, but the crowd could be attributed to those just out of work getting a drink before the start of a long Independence Day holiday. Regardless,... More

We stopped in during our 12 hour layover. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was wonderful for the afternoon. It was super cold inside, which was very welcome at the time, as it had been a scorcher of a day. We selected our beers and ordered a few selections from the build your own meat and cheese platter. We were... More
