Good food

It has been one of our favorite places while staying at the Hyatt hotel last week. Good prices and a great food selection. Many organic choices. Not so sure about their prices using the scale system, but it's definitely one of the best options in the area overall if you're in a rush.

filled my container of rather mediocre food. Over cooked and tough. The worst part is that I was over charged about three times what it should have cost, unless my container weighed four pounds which it didn't. Anyway, I was hungry and didn't really care to make a scene. Dined on overcooked Chinese food, and thankfully didn't get sick.

Walked around NYC looking for something to eat at 11am and found Cranberry Deli. So happy with the prices as it's very hard to find a reasonable priced place to eat. Air conditioned building with anything you could want for food. Buffet in the back where food is priced per pound. I highly recommend!!

Cranberry Deli was one of our favorite stops while staying on Time Square this summer. Whether it was when we were in a hurry between theatre performances and didn't have time for dine in or when we just wanted something fresh from the salad and fruit bar, it was the perfect place to get a bite. The produce tasted fresh,... More

We had 3 meals here during our visit to NYC. There are so many options and everything we had was delicious and fresh!

We had several visits to Cranberry Deli during our stay week stay in New York - we were staying at the Hotel St James that was just two doors away. We really enjoyed the help yourself food bar, in particular the broccoli salad that was very tasty and fresh. The food was sold by weight and there is a very... More

Great deli just off Times Square. Good selection of food, everything we tried was really good (apart from the coffee). Be careful if filling up a carton from the self service food buffet counters - the price stated is not for a full container, you pay by weight of food. It does actually state this so it was my early... More

We tried this place a couple of times when we were late coming back from a busy day in the city and Dunhill Cafe was already closed. The main food when we were there was a hot and cold buffet style and you just mix and match what you want into a box and then pay by weight. Sometimes it... More

We stopped for lunch here and did not know anything about the place. You order your meal at the counter and then go upstairs to eat it. There were so many things to order the four of us each got something different. We all agreed the food was excellent. We would definitely go back which we did 2 days later.

Our pre-Broadway show sandwiches were delicious. All of the food in this deli looked very appealing. Staff was friendly. Didn't see or visit restrooms, but the dining area was clean.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
