we had a short wait to get in here as it was really busy at lunchtime, but it was well worth the wait. Very pleasant and attentive service, and really excellent American food and wine-we had burgers, turkey blt, lobster dumplings, cheesecake. All high quality and delicious.

Went for lunch on one of the busiest holiday Saturday's ever and still had a great experience with great service, food and drink. The courtesy by all, from the greeter to the seater to the server to the bus person was a 10 out of 10. The popovers were amazing in freshness and flavor. We had the burgers and they... More

Have eaten four times here over years and am never disappointed. The staff understand the food and give very good service. The menu is always exciting and well sourced and I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant

If there a score of ZERO or below I would have given it to this place. First what a nasty hostess. Instead of helping us and sit us fast, as she had so many tables available, twice she asked us to step aside and wait. The third time we have had it and we wanted to go to the bar.... More

We had spent time walking through Bloomingdales looking at all the wonderful but incredibly expensive clothes and needed something to refresh the body. A drink and some snacks sounded perfect and they were in every sense. The burger sliders were perfectly cooked and a couple of nice mouthfulls in size. We also had the lobster dumplings - 6 beautifully flavoured... More

The idea of "department store dining" has always seemed a bit tacky to me, but business wise, I understand that it is a goldmine for restaurant groups. David Burke at Bloomingdales is the only "in store" restaurant I have been to and it was pretty good. A really good place to stop and have a glass of wine and a... More

I went here for dinner last week while shopping, It wasn;t easy to find in the store and wouldn't have found it without help. Good burger and chips. The table was a bit near the and service point for the staff but I was not looking for a whole dining experience and would go again if I wanted a meal... More

Stopped off at lunch time. Great looking menu and no disappointment with the food itself. Chili bowl was super, good coffee and cheery staff. The place was very busy - it being sale season - but the service was brisk. Highly recommded.

The burger came at best medium, when I ordered it rare. The sweet potato fries came hot and salty which was perfect. The ice tea was good and was offered free refills
