Popped in for a quick snack while out shopping. The service was friendly, but there were a lot of waiters and not a lot of waiting. One couple stormed out after waiting 10 mins just to order a glass of wine. Our food was tasty. Great people watching opportunities too.

We were definitely surprised to find a lunch spot of this quality right inside the door at Bloomie's! The woman manning the door was so full of energy and smiles that she made me tired to watch! You would think everyone coming in was a long lost family member. She was great. Our waitress scored a first with me. I... More

We stumbled upon this cafe in the Bloomingdale's and had lunch. It was a pleasant surprise. The food is wonderful and the wait staff is very polished. We enjoyed the experience and will definitely go back when in the neighborhood.

I arrived for an event in the restaurant - a wine tasting by Cakebread wines. I had reserved at least one month in advance, had returned a call verifying the reservation, and arrived early. When I came into the restaurant the person seating could not find my name, my reservation and was frazzled. I located my table and said here... More

Whenever I am in NYC, I always eat here and did so on this trip. Didn't have to wait for a table, the food was ordered and arrived quickly. Always a great standard and the staff are friendly. Very quick moving place, nice atmosphere and you can gaze out as people walk past. I had a view of the Christmas... More

we had a short wait to get in here as it was really busy at lunchtime, but it was well worth the wait. Very pleasant and attentive service, and really excellent American food and wine-we had burgers, turkey blt, lobster dumplings, cheesecake. All high quality and delicious.

Went for lunch on one of the busiest holiday Saturday's ever and still had a great experience with great service, food and drink. The courtesy by all, from the greeter to the seater to the server to the bus person was a 10 out of 10. The popovers were amazing in freshness and flavor. We had the burgers and they... More

Have eaten four times here over years and am never disappointed. The staff understand the food and give very good service. The menu is always exciting and well sourced and I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
