A nice treat at Bloomingdale's

Had lunch here on June 5th. Enjoyed the lobster wedge and salmon both very tastey. A glass of wine from a nice selection and we were set. Fueled and refreshed we enjoyed the rest of the afternoon.

The best burgers you will ever have, not to mention the tastiest truffle fries I have ever had. Spent the afternoon in the city with my boys And they wanted burgers for dinner and I wanted to blow their minds and I did! We ordered the burger with truffle fries and the beef short rib tacos. My son loves it.... More

A quick and enjoyable lunch during a shopping trip ~ just the two of us… in midtown New York City. Located (since 2005) in the 59th street front of the famous Bloomingdale’s flagship Manhattan store, off Third Avenue. Great view of the street traffic and the teeming masses on these sidewalks, but nothing scenic. It’s the food we’re looking for,... More

If your are within a few blocks from Bloomingdales on any given day and feel like having a stylish lunch - this is THE place to go. The menu is inventive, portions are quite sizeable and the atmosphere is just right. Won't be cheap but the food is worth every penny.

Very small restaurant on the side of Bloomingdales. We had a cozy table near the back and enjoyed a glass of wine with a light lunch before our shopping. Very friendly staff and good meal.

No better way to start or finish a shopping excursion @ Bloomies. Went for brunch and the veggie frittata was excellent along with the popovers they serve.

Popped in for a quick snack while out shopping. The service was friendly, but there were a lot of waiters and not a lot of waiting. One couple stormed out after waiting 10 mins just to order a glass of wine. Our food was tasty. Great people watching opportunities too.

We were definitely surprised to find a lunch spot of this quality right inside the door at Bloomie's! The woman manning the door was so full of energy and smiles that she made me tired to watch! You would think everyone coming in was a long lost family member. She was great. Our waitress scored a first with me. I... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
