The idea of "department store dining" has always seemed a bit tacky to me, but business wise, I understand that it is a goldmine for restaurant groups. David Burke at Bloomingdales is the only "in store" restaurant I have been to and it was pretty good. A really good place to stop and have a glass of wine and a... More

I went here for dinner last week while shopping, It wasn;t easy to find in the store and wouldn't have found it without help. Good burger and chips. The table was a bit near the and service point for the staff but I was not looking for a whole dining experience and would go again if I wanted a meal... More

Stopped off at lunch time. Great looking menu and no disappointment with the food itself. Chili bowl was super, good coffee and cheery staff. The place was very busy - it being sale season - but the service was brisk. Highly recommded.

The burger came at best medium, when I ordered it rare. The sweet potato fries came hot and salty which was perfect. The ice tea was good and was offered free refills

We were pleasantly surprised when we visited David Burke's after a hard morning shopping. What was supposed to be a quick light bite, turned into a full meal with wine and acted as lunch/dinner, We ordered little sharing plates between four of us which actually turned out to be more than enough food, and tasted beautiful. The staff were fantastic,... More

Great service. Light and dleclisous food. Great staff. Not stuffy but eclectic and soothing. Great before or after shopping. Check it out and enjoy! It is Manhattan so expxct the prices to be higher!

All our food was great, and the drink pitchers of blueberry lemonade were great, too. The maître 'd and our server were both fantastic! Despitehaving arrived well in advance of the time we hoped to be seated, we had a long wait because one table lingered at their table drinking hot water for about 45 minutes after they had paid... Absurd!!!!!!! Charged us $14 for a macchiato and double espresso! The menu clearly states $12 which is our fault to begin with that we didn't pay close enough attention. BUT-----it shouldn't have taken 5 minutes of arguing to get change of $2 after we realized it. Their computer charges MORE than the menu says!!! Totally a scam! Shame on you... More

Had the burger here last week. Very large and well prepared - good fries too. The bread they serve initially is delicious. Service was friendly but erratic - I think we had about 6 different people help us in the course of 40 minutes.. As good as anywhere else of its type in that part of town.. Didn't have dessert...
