Fast service

The waiters are fast moving and do a good job wiggling between the tightly spaced tables. The dishes are large so you won't leave hungry. Noise level is high so although you're close to the next table you have privacy of conversation. Within easy walking distance of Madison Square Garden.

Quality food, super-quick service and great atmosphere. Would recommend it 110%! Ask for the lamb medium-rare and don't forgte to get some pita bread with tarama or tsatsiki

I knew Uncle Nick's from west Midtown. I had business in the Penn Station area and needed a decent lunch. Greek cuisine is healthy and fresh, so I had a souvlaki platter with rice, pita, and a small salad. It was more than enough to eat and just delicious. The serving staff works as a team to get you seated,... More

It's hard to find a tasty and affordable meal in NYC, but Uncle Nick's is just that. Great Greek food near MSG. Nice sized portions and friendly service. My new go-to place.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this place! I was with a group of friends and we ordered several dishes to share; everything was beyond expectations! My personal favorite was the vegetable moussaka and the swordfish. The food was fresh and expertly prepared. I would absolutely go back.

My wife has told me about visiting New York before we met and how much she loved her visit to Uncle Nick's. So my first trip to NYC I had to give it a try. It completely surpassed all my expectations. I recommend the Taramosalata and the flaming cheese dish. Yum

We travel to NYC several times a year. This place has been a regular stop for several years. I was concerned by the B in the window, but my stress ended as soon as we were served. Not sure what the Health Department found, but the folks who grilled the flounder were working with a fresh fish that was cooked... More

A lot of variety. Seems very authentic. The flaming cheese is awesome. Wine seems a tad expensive but is good.

I think "Uncle Nick" greeted us at the door -- or at least one of his Greek nephews right out of "central casting." The food was authentic, good tasting, and pretty on the plate. We just had gyro plates and stuffed grape leaves but everything I saw come out of the kitchen looked good and ours was delicious. The place... More
