Better than I expected

The menu provided us with a variety of choices even for kids. The food was better than I expected for a chain restaurant.

We stumbled across this by accident on our first night in the city, and we were looking for something to eat as we wandered around Times Square. The service was good, although the main meals came as we were finishing our starters, could've done with a bit of a breather.

I enjoyed my meal even though I would normally avoid this type of burger-based theme bar experience. But we had limited pre-theatre time and they were confident about feeding us. They did not let us down. Quick and attentive service though they all looked pretty tired and one server's shirt was creased and covered in food from shoulder to waist.... More

I had never heard of this place before New York. It appears to be a chain and is very reminiscent of a TGI Fridays. The layout, decor and menu feels very similar. The meal was good to be fair, no complaints. Good basic menu choice, price was very reasonable. Service good.

The location is great, right next to the trains. The service was good. The food came quickly and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our food. It would have been great if the waitress had even us a refill of our sodas and napkins without being asked. The restrooms are upstairs and clean. I would go again if I... More

We dined here after watching broadway. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator on the side if you don't want to use the stairs. Since it's already late, there's a lot of space in the dining area. We only ordered pasta dish and the taste is not that extra-ordinary. The price is mid-range and the service... More

Visited here a couple of times whilst in NYC it is always a great place to go and grab some food. Staff are always friendly, it does get quite busy due to its location but is definitely worth the wait and definitely less busy than other times square restaurants. Would recommend the ribs and the steaks. Will definitely go back... More

Just off Times Square, Ruby Tuesday is a two story bar and restaurant which is particularly popular for food. We went to the upstairs bar which was pretty dark and just had one drink. Bar prices I would say are on the dear side but they do an extra large beer which for a couple of dollars more is better... More

THE WORST restaurant I have ever been to in my life! I have eaten at Ruby Tuesdays dozens of times, and I have travelled to NY frequently as well, but the service at this restaurant is atrocious! To make matters worse, the manager is more interested in socializing with her staff and being on her phone then taking care of... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
