The best steak I've ever had, no doubt.

The petite filet was seared on both sides and pink in the middle, just as I requested. It was tender, juicy, and fully flavored. The mashed potatoes were surprisingly flavorful also. The onion rings were baked and served with what appeared to be ketsup made in the kitchen. The combo of sweet... read more

Brought the wife and kids (19 & 16) in around Thanksgiving time. I had a delicious steak. My wife and daughter loved their crab cakes and son devoured his lobster mac & cheese. The service was terrific and the drinks spot on. A bit pricey but I knew it would be. Thanks

Came upon this place by chance. My husband and I on the first visit enjoyed a Pinot Noir at the bar. Barman very friendly. Next day went back for a meal. We only had a side order and their homemade chips. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was lovely and also the chips. Seen steaks being served but really too big... More

I enjoyed a very good seared tuna with wasabi and seaweed, a friend who was with me had a steak. We both had scallops as appetizers. All the food was very good and well presented. However, it is quite expensive for an "ordinary" steakhouse. Noisy but cheerful atmosphere, good service but not outstanding. Overall a good but overpriced place to... More

Three of us ate here, all had steaks and one bottle of wine, no starters or desserts. The bill came to over £200!! Great steaks though, if you fancy a blowout.

Very nice steak, I ordered the Eye Fillet and is was cooked to my liking and the steak was very tender. I couldn't believe the size of some steaks that were passing us on the way to other tables - huge. Decore was pleasant.

Nice interior, buzzy atmosphere. Wine was expensive but the food was very good especially the steak as you would expect. Beware size of starters (or appetizers as our American friends call them) - they are huge. My fiance ordered calamari & the portion size was gigantic - it was either a giant squid from deep in the atlantic or a... More

Our hotel kindly booked us a table for Christmas Day, this was our big honeymoon fancy meal out, we were excited. The food is fantastic, could not fault it, unusual and delicious with fair portions. Our waiter was rude, short mannered and blunt. He seemed to take an instant dislike to us and ignored several of our requests, we ended... More

I have no complaints about Bobby Van's - it delivered everything our family of 4 needed for dinner on Christmas Day - it was open, we were seated promptly upon arrival; hot food was hot; cold food was cold; everything was as ordered and expected. There is just nothing "wow" about the place - décor, food, service and when your... More

After attending the Rockettes show on Christmas Eve, we had a reservation at Bobby Vans for dinner which is conveniently located close to Radio City music hall. We were all very happy and arrived a little early which appeared to be a good thing. THe hostess seemed inpatient when we stopped to check our coats and from here the service... More
