I was in NYC this weekend. My mother, niece and I decided we wanted to eat in Little Italy, except I didn't know which restaurant we should choose. Based on Tripadvisor, we went to Da Gennaro's because of the positive reviews. The food and service did not disappoint. I had the lobster ravioli - delicious! Recommended!

We recently stayed three days in New York and found ourselves gravitating to Little Italy everyday due to the ambience, cleanliness and restaurants in a compact strip. We went to Da Gennaro's every morning for breakfast as it seemed to be the only restaurant in Little Italy that served a breakfast with great ambience on the patio. The food was... More

I consider this my favorite Italian restaurant. Anywhere. After trying several of the Little Italy eateries up and down Mulberry, it was a great relief to find this tasty treat. Everything we (friends and family) have ordered here has been delicious (love the Cappellini Primavera), but I will always return for the Risotto Alla Milanese. In fact, my mouth waters... More

Stumbled upon this place while shopping. Atmosphere was relaxed with beautiful decor. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Very authentic italian food in a quaint neighborhood. ??

Located in Little Italy and surrounded by dozens of similar restaurants, this place had nice traditional food. The olive oil that the provided for the bread was the best I've ever tasted - fresh and fruity (but not too sweet). You can probably get the same dishes elsewhere, but this one was very good.

Party of three, one adult and two teenagers walked along Mulberry street. We were approached by most positive patron who fixed us table on the pavement. All possible pizzas were available, and if not they would made one and name it by us. Relaxed atmosphere throughout the night, good italian food. Basic wines by the glass. Street seems to be... More

My teenager daughter & I ate here for a late lunch/very early dinner. We sat at a corner table overlooking the hustle and bustle of Mulberry Street. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great! My daughter's Osso Buco was delicious as was the seafood pasta. We loved the whole vibe of Little Italy and this charming cafe!

Such a cute little restaurant tucked away in Little Italy, NY. My husband and I came all the way from NC to taste the comforts of Italy in NY and this was the place we stumbled across. The food was amazing. We order the Portobello Alla Grillia as an appetizer, which was so delicious. I ordered the Chef's Special, the... More

GREAT atmosphere, GREAT food. This was probably our favorite restaurant in NYC. We would have come back, but we ran out of time. Awesome wait staff and you really did feel like you were in Italy. Can't wait to go back!
