True NYC Little Italy experience

We enjoyed a Sunday afternoon meal on the patio. Sudden rainstorm interruption for a few minutes, but our waiter moved us under the canopy in a matter of minutes and we continued to enjoy our meal and wine. Service was great - and the food very tasty.

The portions are massive at this restaurant. Best to share a meal. Great location. Fantastic and efficient wait staff. Try the Pollo Alla Sorrentina, yummy!

Fun lunch time dining in Little Italy; meals reasonably priced but you are there for the street vibe, which was excellent. Make sure to eat outside but under an umbrella if it is sunny. Table seating was a little snug as other tables are very close to you. Service was attentive and food was delicious. Would definitely go back.

We love Little Italy and this is one of the best restaurants in the area. We got a table outside and dines Al Fresco. It was a great night to eat outdoors and sip our wine watching the world pass us by while dining on fine Italian cusine. The garlic bread and olive oli dip almost ruined my appetite. I... More

Great sidewalk lunch in the heart of Little Italy NYC. Great Chianti, lasagna, shrimp cocktail and service. Waiters were friendly, helpful, and abundant. Very busy, even early lunch they were packed when others were visibly empty. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, middle priced for lunch though good. We were there early, staff talking us in. We sat cafe style on the sidewalk with awning covered. Very nice. Great food, wonderful service. Bread was fresh and warm. Overall, nice experience. Dessert was a little high priced though, hey, it's NYC.

Cute place, nice wait staff, and amazing homemade pasta and sauce. Met the owner who was very happy to hear that we enjoyed our meal and said she prides herself in the fresh ingredients :) would definitely go again!

This place has nice looks and I was hoping to get some nice Italian. Unfortunately it was mediocre food and service. Not that it was bad, but there are many better places for less $$

Was looking for a place where I could sit outside people watching, have a glass of wine and, of course, dinner. This place checked all the boxes. Their menu is one of the more varied and interesting in the district and the atmosphere is wonderful. The food itself was good, nothing too spectacular, but I would go back any day... More

Service was good, staff friendly, food & drink was good too. The price was maybe a little on the high side but you get what you pay for and this place certainly delivered. We will definitely eat there again next time we are in New York.

Staying in Little Italy

Neighborhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
