Great lunsch

We went there for the second time with our middle son on our NY confirmation trip. He (and we) was as happy as his older brother back then. Nice pasta, tasty pizza for the teens. Very friendly and funny staff. We will be back there on our NY trip with our daughter.

Love this place...especially in the spring...have been many, many times and have always had a great meal. I don't think it's that pricey....after all it is NYC... I would highly recommend...homemade olive oil and bread is Delish!

Sitting on a corner property on Mulberry street in Little Italy, it looks slightly tacky and like a possible touristtrap. The menu is fairly standard with your pasta and pizza, but the wine selection is decent and the pasta homemade. Service a bit impersonal, but works

Loved the look and feel of this place but the food was fairly average. Service was acceptable but nothing special. People at the far ends of the table were never offered drink refills or anything. They were able to accommodate our table of 8 without much of a wait, which was nice, and the staff were friendly.

This was a great find during an afternoon visit to Little Italy. I was looking for some good Italian food and this was well reviewed on Trip Advisor. I was not disappointed. The gnocchi and tiramisu were fantastic. The service was impeccable.

We were seated without any wait at dinner time. We ordered our meals and they came out pretty fast. I ordered chicken parm which for me was good but not great. It was a bit cold, like it was done and waiting for my daughter's meal to be finished. My daughter had the lobster ravioli and she loved it. It... More

My experience with this restaurant is different than some of the other reviews. My sisters, who aren't huge pasta eaters said it was the best pasta they'd ever eaten. I've had pasta in Venice and Rome and this equalled it for sure, and possibly topped it. Real Italian is not the supper rich sauces that Americans are used to. Ask... More

Yesterday I went dinner with a friend to this restaurant. I wanted to show him Little Italy and we tried this restaurant based on the good rating I saw in Tripadvisor. Well ... I can say that the restaurant is nice and food is ok (as you might expect from a place of its price). What I did not find... More

We wandered past about 6 restaurants before being persuaded to try this place. What a mistake. They really want just one thing... To get you parted from your money asap. We had starters, a Tomato Caprese, this was freezing cold, so had been prepared then put into an extra cold fridge... Yuk. The waiter cleared our plates away and put... More

Staying in Little Italy

Neighborhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
