We really enjoyed the gnocchi and cheese ravioli. The value for lunch wasn't great considering the many other restaurants on the same street with specials. We paid extra for salad and $9/glass for house wines. We were early for lunch and the service was prompt and adequate. The bread and dipping oil/sauce was delicious!

Highly recommended-excellent food-fun atmosphere-I would recommend Otto anyone. The veal was incredible and the pasta was homemade.

Nice and cozy Italian restaurant in little Italy, New York with fresh pasta feeling like homemade and with Italian speaking staff. 80$ for 2.

Beautiful place and good food. But... eat quickly! Otherwise, they close the restaurant and you will end up with no dessert or coffee. I finished my dinner looking at chairs above the tables. Don't believe they close at 1am.

Visiting little Italy with my family, we found this great restaurant (thanks to tripadvisor NYC app). The food is delicious and the atmosphere really nice.

I had Cannelloni and my friend had lasagne. Her opinion of the lasagne was 'spectacular, best lasagne I've eaten'. The cannelloni was melt in your mouth beautiful and the sauce was absolute heaven. Service is great, our water glasses where never close to half empty, food arrived promptly, reasonable prices and great atmosphere throughout. Definitely a must do when in... More

The atmosphere here is amazing. The food is very good, not great though. Try to avoid sitting next to the door because every time someone opens it, a freezing gush of air comes in (if its winter time) and its very uncomfortable. But overall its really worth trying.

Who would have thought we'd have been eating outside at a quaint sidewalk table in Little Italy in December, in NYC? Da Gennaro is an adorable, tastefully decorated Italian restaurant with a rich mobster-filled history. That alone was what tempted us to try it, but the restaurant gets my high marks for great, attentive service, good food, and decent prices.... More

Short waiting time blunted with rally uncomfortable seating, however quick service and good meal made up again for that. Outdoors freezing temperatures, inside hot, airconditioning turned on and blew right on my back, not nice, however recognize it was impossible without airconditioning. Price ok; Wine card nice but staff was too busybto attend our wine request, so ended up with... More

Good food, very tight seating. They will use every inch of restaurant so don't expect excess room. They also understood what gluten free means. Had a great gluten free seafood risotto.
