A perfect NYC summer brunch!

This SoHo location, with open air seating on the corner of Prince Street was the best NYC morning. We had 3 kids with us and everything was perfect about our dining experience. I cannot wait to go back.

Whenever I have the chance, I try and visit Delicatessen to ensure I get some of their amazing Truffle Fries. Their hamburger is also unique – a must try – you can change your regular fries for truffled ones when ordering a sandwich, which I highly recommend to be done. As if it was not enough, the have Rekordelig Cider... More

This was the perfect spot to grab a bite for lunch while shopping. It is actually not a deli but rather a nice restaurant with a good selection of items for lunch, brunch or dinner. The mac and cheese dishes are awesome!

This is a terrific brunch spot! We walked passed this restaurant on the way to Balthazar last week and took a peek at the menu. Plenty of terrific options and they serve breakfast all day. On New Year's Day we decided to try and get in for brunch. It was our lucky day because we didn't have to wait for... More

My 15yo daughter and I spend New Year's Eve day on lowers east side and stumbled upon this place. She loved the atmosphere and architecture. Service was great and the food was very good. We ordered the wings which are crunchy, sweet and spicy. Cesar salad is delicious and house salad was as expected. We had 4 cheese and mushroom... More

Very friendly, well run neat diner that seems to attract a younger crowd. Food and service was pleasant with a range of inventive dishes, especially the appetizers. Truffle fries were very good!

This is our favourite restaurant in this area. The food is fantastic and great atmosphere. Check my other reviews - this is far and away the best. We return time after time and are never disappointed.

Visitied Delicatessen with some of my friends. Had the burgerrolls first, which was very tasty! For the main course I had the signature dish, which I ordered medium done. It was served cold and raw. The fries were really good. But I found a living insect in my salad, so I was really disappointed. I was not impressed by the... More

Staying in Nolita

Neighborhood Profile
Despite being just off of busy Houston Street, Nolita maintains a low-key vibe that makes it a pleasant retreat in the heart of lower Manhattan. Short for “North of Little Italy,” Nolita was once considered to be part of Little Italy. Today, the neighborhood is popular with young fashionistas popping in and out of the chic independent boutiques that line Mulberry, Mott and Elizabeth Streets. In addition to shopping, there are cozy restaurants and sidewalk cafes serving everything from new-school Italian food to the world-famous cronuts. While small in size (Nolita stretches just a few blocks in each direction), it’s a great neighborhood to spend an afternoon people watching, window-shopping, and grabbing a bite to eat.
