Built in 2008 in the Honor and Tradition of Old New Orleans, "Bourbon Street Bar & Grille" is inspired by everything that makes the Crescent City and South Louisiana great. It is our hope that the unique culture of New Orleans is transplanted right here to our home on Restaurant Row in the middle of NYC. Friends and Family coming together in the midst of great drinks, great food, and great fun, is all we ever hoped for. Whether you would like to enjoy a delicious dinner before a Broadway Show, or if you want to Celebrate into the Morning, you may think you've actually landed in the middle of the French Quarters. We look forward to sharing our Southern Hospitality with you, and maybe even getting you to wear some beads too. So Come on down ya'll, and as always.......Let the Good Times Roll.

Good Food

Located along Restaurant Row. Nice decor and seating is not crammed like most NYC restaurants. We had the $24 prix fix meal which included a large salad or bowl of soup, entree, and dessert. I had a pasta dish and my wife had catfish. Both large portions, and very tasty! The pecan pie for dessert was... read more

Went there for a solo dinner and the wait staff were very friendly. I got two ciders, cold and dry (can't complain) but the food was very average. Good atmosphere and food prices so it depends what you're on the mood for.

I used to go to this bar often for its fun atmosphere, good food, and strong $5 Hurricanes. I even celebrated my Birthday there one year. I moved away from NYC and this was my first trip back in a year. Sadly, Bourbon Street seems like it went downhill quickly. My friend and I went in on a Sunday night... More

Looking for a 'Restaurant Row' dining option, we came upon Bourbon Street and decided to give it a try knowing we had Italian dinner the next night. First, the atmosphere is nice as this is a 'larger than it looks' place with a menu of BBQ and creole favorites to choose from. In the interest of full disclose, my group... More

First off, I typically start a review by indicating the usual disclaimer.......I hate, Hate, HATE to travel. Anywhere !! I also like simple and quick food, which could account for my gas station beef jerkey taste when it comes to food. I also seldom give a restaurant a "bad" rating.....I like to reward for the attempt, and if I feel... More

My husband found this restaurant on line when looking for a restaurant serving creole food. The reviews were good, so we thought we'd give a try. The waiting staff were pleasant and the food arrived quickly - a little too quickly, there hadn't been enough time to cook the jambalaya from scratch and it looked like reheated left overs. The... Hello. Firstly, thank you for choosing to try us and for taking the time to write a review on tripadviser. My name is Keith and I am one of the owners. I am born and raised in Baton Rouge/New Orleans and I wanted to take a minute to address your concerns about the jambalaya. The reason yours came out so... More

After a busy afternoon touring the Intrepid Museum, we found The Bourbon Street Bar and Grill on our way back to 42nd Street. Very cool NOLA vibe in the middle of NYC, but the food was also delicious which made the experience even better! Nachoes were awesome with guacamole that rivals authentic Mexican restaurants, famous Mac and Cheese was AMAZING,... More

We selected Bourbon Street as our restaurant row choice. The fried pickles were simply outstanding. There were lightly batter and dill pickles were fresh, tasty. The spicy dipping sauce is a very nice compliment. The spinach and artichoke dip was another very good appetizer selection to start. Unfortunately, our meals were not as good as our appetizers. I got the... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
