We read a review and decided to stop here and try their famous hot chocolate. We loved it! The store has very nice variety of chocolate, coffee, hot chocolate, etc We went to the one located at the Rockeffeler Plaza. We will go back!

They have wonderful chocolates, but the hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookie are awesome. The hot chocolate is very rich....you probably won't be able to drink it all.

I come to this location every weekend to relax. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing, it's great for just sitting around and talking. The place is surprisingly always empty compared to other locations I suppose because there are no tourist attractions nearby. It's sad to say that they closed down the factory portion of this location as it was... More

Once again proving that expansion & exposing your products to more people does not make you better. OK, so you make more money & legacy enhanced. For those who know, the words "sell-out" come's to mind.

Jacques Torres has my favorite chocolate chip cookie. It is delicious. The individual chocolates and pumpkin brittle are also delicious.

This was a feast for the eyes. The confections are gorgeous. WE tried the hot and frozen chocolate, both rich, thick, chocolaty and delicious. My daughters shared and could not even finish a small. I tried a few of the individual chocolates. Good chocolate but the flavor was not as intense as I like. The chocolate chip cookie was delicate,... More

My wife and I went to Jaques Torrres chocolate shop on Hudson St. specifically for the hot chocolate. It was really good. We got the "Wicked" hot chocolate which included ancho and chipotle chili peppers. It was very rich, not too sweet, and finished with a nice heat. I would recommend a visit.

We had a great hot chocolate and hot tea at Jacques Torres. The atmosphere was fantastic on a cold day! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and getting warm on such a cold day!

As soon as you walk into the shop you are hit with the sweet scent of Chocolate! Then your eyes are dazzled with the various displays of the chocolate for sale. I recommend in the colder months to try a cup of wicked hot chocolate with whipped cream. A great treat to warm you right up. I look forward to... More

Okay, so the chocolate is a bit expensive (though not outrageous) but it is definitely worth it. Great place to buy gifts--a box is an excellent hostess gift. I'm lucky to have them across the street from where I work. They also have incredibly rich cookies, hot chocolate (and in the summer frozen hot chocolate) to die for, cappucinos, etc.... More
