Went here for a business lunch. Not the restaurant's problem, but there was major construction across the street causing a lot of noise. Service was attentive. Food quality was good, and in my opinion, the portion sizes were a bit large. The only criticism form my visit was the price: the food is very expensive.

I had lunch there with three of my colleagues. I had Chicken Francese which is one of my favorite Italian dishes and this was the worst I've ever tasted. I only ate half of it so I was rude. One colleague ordered the Carrot/Ginger soup and the Salmon and he said it was fabulous. Another ordered the Agosto pasta (lobster... More

I found this restaurant on Tripadvisor by looking for nearby restaurants. Four of us had dinner, drinks and deserts . The staff and the food were excellent. The place is very well decorated and has an excellent atmosphere.

When: I went here for a business lunch on a Wed. Location: Very easy to get to as it is only a couple of blocks from Grand Central. Atmosphere: Small but quant. There is a lower level and upper level and a small bar area. Service: I had a 12pm reservation (they open at 12pm). I got there at 11am... More

This restaurant was close to our hotel and they called ahead to tell them we were coming. We were greeted at the door by name and taken to a table immediately. We came close to their closing time but they did not rush us. Food was very tasty and service was good.

I really enjoyed the seafood salad and Caesar salad. Delicious Bolognese. The service could be improved upon a bit.

This was the best Italian food we have had in a long time! We started the evening with a martini that was shaken cold, served promptly and in a nice sized glass, and the complimentary little skewers with a grape tomato, soft mozzarella ball & olive served on greens with balsamic & EEOV went well with it. The warm, crusty... More

There are a lot of Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Piccolo Fiore is better than average. The food is actually quite good; we tried the caprese and a half order of cavatelli maria to start and had a sea food pasta and veal Milanese as entrees. Service is prompt but not overbearing. What this place desperately needs is a makeover... More

I travel to New York a lot. I always fancy a good Italian when I'm there. This restaurant NEVER disappoints me. The service is excellent and enthusiastic but not overbearing. However follow my advice. Order your starter and wine, And then say you'll order your main later. Or ask for a wait between the courses. The food tends to be... More

We went here on recommendation of the concierge at the Grand Hyatt. She mentioned it was a slight detour on our way to Rockefeller Plaza, but that it was well worth it. This was our first dinner in NYC and I enjoyed the Veal Marsala. Delicious meal, everything was great (waiter brought me the chicken Marsala, but had grabbed the... More
