It was a very stormy night when we dined there so it was quite empty. Therefore, the service was extremely fast. There were more servers than guests. The food seemed to be of very high quality. However,, it was another experience of paying high prices and having the next course served literally seconds after we finished our first course.

What a fabulous experience last evening. A wonderful restaurant with exceptional food wonderful service and an amazing piano player. It was one of the finest Italian dining experiences I've had in NYC. From homemade pasta to a generous wine list to the just right amount of attention form wait staff and the owner. This is a "go back to" place... More

I cannot say anything bad about this place. We had a nice lunch, ok food, good service, but it is not a place I would return. For the price, there plenty better options. I hguess if you live in this nieghborhood, its okay.

Attending a mobile health technology at the UN, a group of six attendees decided on a bitterly cold winter's night that walking across the street from a reception made sense. We did not regret our spur of the moment decision as Fabio Piccolo Fiore met the needs of all our palates. Overall the food quality was excellent and with six... More

After a great dining experience the first time around, we decided to visit this place for our anniversary dinner. We did our booking a couple of days in advance and the same was confirmed by the person from Fabio Piccolo. My husband even mentioned to them that we were celebrating a marriage anniversary. We walk into the restaurant a little... More

The food was outstanding, the service was exemplary and the prices were totally fair. I would go back to this restaurant without hesitation and ask for Tiziano the waiter. You will not be disappointed. Its a little off the beaten path but, its worth a little extra walking.

Fabio Piccolo Fiore was a last minute lunch decision around the Holidays. It couldn't have been a nicer surprise. The ambiance was very pleasant and lively and the service was top notch. The food was excellent starting with a shared cold antipasto and followed by a delicious whole fish, properly deboned and perfectly cooked pasta. We will definitely plan on... More

Happened upon this restaurant when the one we wanted to go to was not open. The pasta dishes were very good. We had the Spaghettini Alle Vongole (spaghettini with white clam sauce) which is not a creamy sauce but a nice tasty sauce loaded with clams in the shell and Fettuccine Alla Nicola (fettuccine with ground veal, fresh tomatoes, shitake... This restaurant us consistently our favorite meal while in NYC. The olive tepenade is so tasty. I had the insalate Della casa and it is as pretty to look at as it is good to eat. The sauteed spinach was as good as any I've dver had. All the pasta dishes have been great. Best tiramisu anywhere!

Visited this restaurant on the recommendation of the concierge at our hotel, which was nearby. What great advise, thoroughly enjoyed our meal, pasta was great, as was the seafood. A piano was being played which added to the ambience of the restaurant, which was cosy and intimate. The staff explained how our chosen meal was cooked to ensure we were... More
