Very simple, large, basic breakfast menu. Quick service, polite staff and easy atmosphere. Would go again.

We stayed in the nearby Distrikt Hotel and came here for breakfast for 1 day. Pretty basic stuffs here. You can't go wrong. But we went to the nearby Westway for 3 breakfast simply because we prefer it there. At least at Westway, they put my waffles, egg and ham separate, so that my waffles remained crispy. Unlike at Theatre... More

Great diner, located in nice part of town. Menu is very extensive, but all food is fresh and lots of it.

Nothing beats a diner for value, variety, and tradition. Everything was delicious: matzoh ball soup was so hearty, grilled cheese on rye was perfect, and the tuna salad platter (with cole slaw, hard boiled egg, potato salad, cukes, tomato, lettuce) was HUGE! I love NYC and its diners.

This was our closest diner so we tried breakfast here on day one, thinking it could be our 'go-to' place. Much as the food was fine, the service was poor. By the time the maple syrup arrived our pancakes were cold. And the cereal arrived so,late that we had assumed it had been forgotten so my partner had eaten his... More

Came here twice while in NYC. It's close enough to both the circle line cruises and intrepid air and space museum to be worth a trip for breakfast beforehand. Pancakes, bacon and eggs were very well cooked, tasty, served quickly and at a fair price. The waitress was very nice both times as well. Menu had a lot of options.... More

This is a diner review, not a restaurant review. If this were for a restaurant (fancy service and tablecloths), it might rise to three bullets. But let's be real. It's a diner. The diner is on the same block as the Theatre Row off-Broadway houses, the much improved, cleaned-up part of Forty-second Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. The diner... More
