Cramped, takes for ever to be seated, to take your order, longer to bring your food and the food is cold and presentation didn't impress. My order was messed up and they brought a terrible dish well after my party had finished eating. No apologies. Waiters seem confused and tired as they have to retrieve the food from the second... The waitress was great. She helped us choose from the extensive menu but when the food arrived, the fries on two of the plates were only just warm. The food didn't actually live up to the description/photos. I don't think i could recommend this place to friends and wouldn't be in too much of a rush to return.

We were off to see Billy Joel at the Garden and thought this would be good for mood setting. TGIs on 5th and in the big apple. Huge disappointment. Service tried but didn't get near the mark, decor uninspiring and tired and dated, not in a good way. Food mediocre. Had to go on to the Hard Rock in Times... More

Once seated it took 10 minutes before someone came & took our order. 20 min later our "ok" food came. The lunch-dishes weren't removed until after our dessert arrived. No drink refreshes. This was my 1st and last time at this food chain.

I never normally bother to write reviews but I feel so strongly about this place, I feel the need to share my experience with other unsuspecting customers. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been in. Service terrible, waitress forgot our drinks and when we said we no longer wanted them as we had eaten by this time, she... More

My family has eaten at many TGI Friday's restaurants, and you typically know what to expect. Since we were looking for a quick lunch with a picky 12-year-old in tow, we chose the familiar. However, this particular restaurant gives the chain a black eye. First, you need to know that the prices are inflated even beyond the norm for NYC... More

We love a good meal at TGI's here in the UK so for our first meal after landing in NYC we figured we might as well go somewhere familiar. Unfortunately this place was horrendous and we should have just eaten at BK or McD's! We waited to be seated and once upstairs immediately regretted our decision to eat here. It... More

Food was lovely waited for a beer for 20 minutes no apology. Seems a complete lack of communication between bottom and top floor.

We have visited several TGI Friday restaurants across the world including another in Manhattan on the same trip (blame the kids!) however have to confess to being slightly disappointed we stopped for lunch and were one of two tables however service was slow and when the food did arrive it as only ok not as good as expected - the... My Boyf and I went here before a show. We went for the experience but I wasn't expecting to fork out 120$.... in saying that we got one starter, 2 large main courses and 2 good size desserts. When we arrived we were told 20 minute wait but were seated within 5 minutes, upstairs. We shared a chicken starter; smothered... More
