This place is open late. We stopped with friends at the end of the day to hang out for a bit. We just came in for drinks and a couple snack foods. We only ordered 3 things aside from drinks, so I will quickly run through those. The tater tots was first. Expecting crispy fried potatoes with parmesan cheese, what... More

It's old, crowded, too many tables but the food was perfect for lunch. Super fresh tasty burger, wonderful fries and excellent cole slaw.

I was in New York visiting friends. At some point over the weekend we ended up here at PJ Clark's. First of all, this place feels like a great comfortable memory. I walked in and felt like I've been coming here for years. We sat at the bar for a long while and enjoyed some beers. The staff was great... More

The best aspect of PJ Clark's is its proximity to Lincoln Center. The food is fair, the service mediocre and its crowded and noisy. The chicken pot pie was filled with lots of chicken, it was a good sized portion and was piping hot. Unfortunately it was devoid of flavor. The shoe string fried onion rings consisted of greasy battered... More

I 'collect' old school bars and pubs and this is a very nice example of a great NYC bar. A perfect place for an after work drink in Mid Town. Nice martini on ice - good range of tap beers and good scotch menu. Great bar staff and a wonderful atmosphere. A good one for the collection.

Loved how they gave you postcards to and mailed them for you. Food was great, if you love kale, their kale salad is delicious.

If you are in the lower financial area, this is a great little place. Checkered tablecloths, old pictures on walls, and a view of the harbor and statue of liberty. Had lunch and it was great. Service was prompt and efficient. Food was very good. Folks had grilled chicken, fish tacos, and crab cake sandwich. Fries are ordered seperately but... More

We arrived very late to our hotel and this restaurant was two blocks away. They close late and they have very good food. The waitress that helped us the second tine we visited in the same trip was very helpful and kind. Love love love the onion soup!

If you are hungry and want a great burger, this is the place. It is busy and noisy, but the service and courtesy are great. The burger is large and juicy and I recommend a side of fried onion strings and sweet potato fries. If it is cold out, the onion soup is very good. They also have a full... More

No trip to New York City is ever complete for me without a visit to PJ Clark's. Conveniently located in the Upper West Side, they have burgers as their main speciality. The atmosphere is fast-moving and dynamic, but not especially noisy or over-whelming. The food it simple, tasty and excellently prepared and presented by charming helpful staff.
