Nice choice during "Restaurant Week"

My daughter and I chose this for dinner one night during NYC's Restaurant Week. We both enjoyed our meals. We each had a salad, entrée (filet mignon and salmon) and dessert (crème brulee and a slice of chocolate flourless cake). Service was friendly and efficient. Nice job!

Booked a large group for business meeting. Although we had 8 of 10 ready on time, they made us wait until everyone was present - which ended up up jamming up the whole front waiting area. Food was ok, but it was so loud and packed we could not hear each other and could not wait to get out so... More

My 3rd visit to The Capital Grille. Never disappointed. Great food from beginning to end. Service by Diana was outstanding. It was my birthday and they served complimentary champagne at the beginning and dessert at the end. They even took complimentary pictures of my wife and I to remember this fabulous dinner. My wife ordered salmon and I had the... More

What a great place to have lunch. I had the lobster roll with fries drizzled in truffle oil. The best fries I have ever had, The lobster roll sandwich was good as well. My sister had the steak sandwich, and I would definitely order that next time. Excellent food and excellent service! I loved the ambiance of this restaurant too.

Great food and service for a business lunch. Very busy restaurant and the staff was super attentive. The seafood was fantastic as were all of the salads and appetizers. Will definitely go there again!

Must admit we were not blown away by the steak or the soups this time. We love Capital Grilles but this one in Manhattan was only ok. Our waiter though was outstanding. His name was Alphonso. Great job by him but totally ordinary food. Surprised!

Recently had a business lunch at the Capital Grille. The seating in the atrium was really enjoyable with a bright and airy atmosphere. The rest of the restaurant looks a little dark and stuffy. The food was very good, although the portions are tiny. Lunch prices were at the upper end of what you would expect for midtown New York.... More

This cap grille is probably my favorite spot in nyc. The restaurant it self is in one of the unique buildings in nyc and the food is always spot on. Scott, the number one bartender in nyc....my opinion, is always on top of his game and goes out of the way to make you feel appreciated. The wine by the... More

This will be one of our go to restaurants in NYC. The food is superlative. The staff is welcoming and attentive from reception to service to a trip to the bar after. We were given different table options. Our server, Parris, was the best we have had anywhere in the world. She knows the menu like a chef would. She... More

Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown.
